During these weird times of COVID-19, I went shopping one day and parked in a semi empty parking lot. When I came out of the market, I discovered that someone had banged into my car and damaged the front bumper, knocking out one of the turn signals. I had front bumper damage. When I went it for an estimate the man I believe, Carlos wouldn't let me leave until he tied my bumper up into its place. He went under the car and made sure it wouldn't drag and cause more damage. They were honest, fair, and did a great job. They dealt with the insurance company and I didn't have to pay a penny. They offered to give me a ride to work or to the car rental which I thought was very generous. They communicated with me and let me know the progress and sent me pics. They had told me 2 days and it ended up being 4 days but because there was a delay on a part but they let me know the morning of the 2nd day so I could make arrangements if necessary. Lolis was so nice, helpful, and communicative throughout the whole process and gave me a super quick estimate. It was a decent price to fix the whole thing to. Best auto body shop in the area by far! I previously bought a replacement bumper, already painted, that I needed to be installed to replace the one on my Hyundai. I called around everywhere and everyone told me 1 of 2 things: I'd have to come in before I could even get an estimate or the job would be anywhere from $300-600 for a simple installation. I got the quickest response from Valenz Auto Body and they sent me a GREAT quote. It was a few hours before closing and they told me I could bring my car in so it would be ready by the next day. I got there, and the mechanic said he could put it on right away if I was willing to wait. He had it on within 25 minutes! Amazing. The woman at the front desk was also so sweet and helpful. I recently took my car in to get my door repaired after someone scratched it up pretty good at work. Everyone here was extremely reliable and helpful and made the process so easy and painless. So I hit my brother's car and had to find a place that was affordable and reputable. I did what most people do, which is ask for quotes from body shops in surrounding areas. Most places were asking for way too much! I had some guy quote me for $2200 for the repairs then went on to say that he couldn't repair the big scratch I had made on the passenger door. Valenz was the only place that gave me a fair price for the work I was asking for which was $650 to fix the passenger door I had damaged. I went in the next day and was greeted by this sweet lady named Loliz, she asked for some quick info and got Carlos to come out and inspect the car for me. To his surprise there were other things on the car that were not visible on the image I had sent them, but they didn't try to upsell me or change the pricing. They took my keys and the car was ready within 2 days. The car looked great upon pick up and they gave me financing options for the other damages the car had, not to mention that the estimate wasn't too pricey to get the rest of the work done. The secretary did such a great job at helping me get a rental when the insurance company of the individual was being stubborn. She even called her supervisor (insurance lady's) to get me the car. She went above and beyond. They even helped me get home because a car wasn't provided yet. The work on my car was done extremely well! They even fixed some small paint chips alongside!!! They fixed the car less than a week. And I would say that made sure their craft was up to par against other body shops. I'm looking to get work done in my front bumper from another incident and would definitely come back to get it done. Their work and labor is well worth what you pay for. Once I got there it took less than 10 minutes for them to help me order the parts i needed. About 2 days later they called me saying the parts were there and they were ready to work on the car.
