The bar serves cocktails, spirits and draught beer including hipster drink of choice Brooklyn. They also do food with the restaurant set up like a dining hall. Fries are thick-cut, but not wedges (Wendy's-style for all my Americans out there). Apparently they are fried or coated in beef drippings. Not sure I got that taste, but they were definitely good. Also tried the buffalo chicken wings, which although small, had a spot-on excellent buffalo flavor and were covered with bleu cheese and celery choppings (?). Cant complain there. Would definitely order again. Only a few beers on draft (we had Goose IPA), but plenty of options in bottles and cans. Also appear to have some nice homemade moonshine and other similar options. The ambiance is a little odd. The entrance is not super obvious and Meat:Stack is actually just food served out of a dark, loud-ish bar. I am not sure if this is the normal experience, because I think they also have a stall in the Grainer Market? Maybe they just serve their food in the bar when the market is closed at night.
