Why this wonderful eaterie has not been reviewed previously I have no idea. It is the best fish shop in the town and the portions are enormous. There is a small seating area which is always full and at busy times the queue is out the door. All the fish is fresh and the mushy peas are to die for read more

I have been to Clems about 10 times and eaten in the restaurant at the back. For £10 you can have a large haddock chip peas bread and tea and get some change too. Its as good as any Whitby fish restaurant. I will be going back soon. read more

Food is brilliant and seating is good, with large portions and helpful staff. However parking is rather dreadful. As you're probably wondering, what's best, Sunrise, Sunny's, or Clem's? Well the answer to that question is definitely Clem's This is just as good as any seaside town restaurant Would definitely return. read more
