I set up an appointment to shop for my engagement party dress and when I arrived, I was greeted by Giana, who kindly listened to what I was looking for and then I showed her photos of dresses that I liked. She quickly pulled her suggestions of gowns from the shop that were available. I said "yes" to the perfect engagement party gown of my dreams! I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for the perfect dress/gown for your party and/or events. By the time I made it through one section of the store, I was sweating like I had just run a marathon in July. Forget trying on clothes--I was trying to stay conscious. The employees looked just as miserable. The poor guy at the register looked ready to faint barely 20 minutes into his shift. I honestly felt bad for him. To make matters worse, even the manager mentioned how unbearable the heat was and practically begged me to tell someone because the staff is suffering. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there simply isn't any, but something needs to be done. Customers shouldn't need electrolyte drinks and a cooling vest just to browse for socks.
