I Went there for a dry hair style (curls) for an occasion where we were taking pictures. I have A LOT A LOT of hair. Not more than 45 min after my appointment I left looking greasy (it's very hard for that to even happen to me, but I guess the products they use look greasy) And my curls were gone, my hair looked stringy and flat. Not sure what tools they use but they aren't professional I couldn't even believe how flat and gross it looked (it looked dirty). I was there for an hour and a half, and mind you I went in with dry hair not wet. I had to completely start over to fix it. I called them back 3 days ago. The manager there, Karina felt that I wasn't worth her time to get back to me. She left me an initial voicemail and told me she was free to talk to me all day Friday and every time I called the front desk girls would say oh she'll call you at this time and then she never would. I also asked for them to get her so that we could speak for 1-2 minutes. She refused because she was "too busy." I finally got a call back from a manager at another location From Eileen. I asked them for a refund since what they did to my hair was atrocious. They keep giving me the run around and even asked me to come back another time ( NO THANK YOU! ). Has anyone else had an experience like this there? I just can't believe how disrespectful they are there and also how awful my hair looked. Spread the word so this doesn't happen to you. With how expensive things are these days I feel that it's unacceptable. Also kindness go ways further than rudeness.
