Had some better quality crystals locked up in a showcase. First time I've seen that. Had some sage and palo alto sprays that were nice that I would LOVE to spray in negative environments lol. They sell sage and Palo Alto as well to burn. They also had dragon blood and frankinsense and Myrrh to burn with sage. Place smelled nice and had zen music on.

The employees behind the counter were cheerful, and they say a phrase in Japanese that means, "welcome," which is a nice touch. The first thing I noticed in the shop was the matcha mill. They actually have two matcha mills running the entire time, and the employee later told me that it's milling and grinding the matcha to get the freshest matcha possible. Grinding and serving the matcha from its fresh ground state really makes their matcha stand out, and I could definitely tell. I was thinking about getting a cold matcha anyway because I didn't want to microwave it later, but they informed me that their machine for hot matcha wasn't working. That is not the best situation for people who wanted a hot drink, especially since it was so cold and damp outside, but I was really interested in a cold drink anyway, so it didn't really bother me. I got their red bean matcha with oat milk, and I was so happy when I drank it because it tasted like actual real matcha. I've gotten matcha at Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts and I haven't expected anything phenomenal, but I've also gotten matcha at matcha shops and the matcha just doesn't taste right because it was too sweet. This matcha, however, tasted exactly the way matcha should taste! I really, really enjoyed my drink so much, and they serve it unsweetened. I didn't even need to put sweetener in it, but I did put a tiny bit of simple syrup. All I have to say is definitely try this place. You will not be disappointed. By my second visit, I figured this out as I watched someone else add the syrup to their drink. I literally added a couple of drops because I actually enjoy it when it's not overly sweet. I came here on a Saturday, and there was only one employee working which yielded extremely slow service. I placed an order for a set of engraved champagne flutes for my best friend and was told to come back in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, I come back and end up waiting another 30 minutes. The flutes were done, but the employee just put them aside while ringing up other customers and ignored my presence. The employee working completed tasks leisurely, which is fine but then there should've been another employee working with her. It seemed as if she had little respect for peoples time as she walked around the store rather than helping customers. The pick up times she gave me were inaccurate... understandable since it's a busy day, but it only takes about 20 minutes to engrave so I shouldn't have waited over an hour. When I finally received the flutes, I saw that the text was not engraved the way I had written on the paper. I kindly expressed my dismay to the employee who showed no sympathy for her mistake. Instead, she continued to be dull and short with me. After some consideration, I realized I did not want to settle and gift my best friend something I didn't entirely love (especially not for the price - engraving is pricy!). Although I was on a time crunch, I decided to have the flutes redone. The employee seemed annoyed and was reluctant to work with me to engrave the flutes the way I wanted. After a few minutes of trying to explain to her what I wanted, I wasn't assured that she would engrave the flutes correctly a second time. She was highly unhelpful and unsympathetic so I asked to speak to a manager. I found out that the manager would be in the following morning so I canceled my transaction and made another trip the following AM. I kindly explained the situation to the manager, who showed NO concern. Similar personality to the employee I encountered the previous day. I was appalled that a manager could have such little regard to customer satisfaction. I really needed the flutes so I did end up repurchasing them, but he was also apathetic, impolite, and highly unprofessional.
