My Back Story My natural brows are very sparse and uneven - having to apply brow powder everyday was not only time consuming, but also frustrating as they were never symmetrical or near symmetrical. Thus, having my eyebrows micro-bladed was an easy decision to allow me to have a more convenient lifestyle. Website The Brows & Coffee website is simple and elegant - the topic links at the top of the page made it easy to navigate with easy-to-read font. Information provided on the page (especially the FAQs) made me feel more at ease prior going into the appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the "Recovery Time" section of the FAQs as it gave a timeline of the healing process. Moreover, the website also allowed me to contact her directly via email for further questions I had before committing to the procedure. Instructions An appointment confirmation email was sent to me with pre & post care instructions and included vital information on WHAT NOT TO DO to ensure the procedure goes smoothly.  Post procedure instructions was provided PRIOR to the appointment and it made a difference as this allowed me to absorb the information early on. Coming from health care, I always start client discharge teaching from the time a client is admitted. I was able to experience this as a client and it truly made a difference in information retention. The Artist Angelia Tran has a professional and calm demeanor - she was able to address any questions and concerns I had. She definitely ensured I was 100% satisfied with the brow consultation prior to commence with the procedure and I am truly glad she did as this is a face I'll be wearing everyday! I believe it is imperative to choose a Brow Artist who not only has talent, but also who takes the time to listen and address your needs and this was exemplified in Angelia. Her 8+ years experience with brows was definitely demonstrated with not only with my brows but also with her other clients (take a look at her gallery!). THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME BEAUTIFUL-ER! Cindy Cheng

She is patient and thorough, both listening and offering suggestions as I explained what I was looking to achieve with my brows. Having had less than ideal results with another individual, I was weary about attempting microblading again but I knew I was in great hands the moment I met Angelia. She is the ultimate professional!!! I was very happy with the comfortable environment she provided during the procedure. And of course, my brows look AMAZING. Anyone considering getting their brows done should visit the Brows and Coffee website.

I understood I was buying a series of red light and shaking that would give the results I needed. I was very clear on my goal and the fact that I could not come twice a week, in fact I made sure they knew I would come every three weeks. The Ad I read on facebook, even states 2 inches guaranteed. I spoke of that guarantee. I was told to see results I would have to increase my protein. Which I did. Unfortunately after I started the schedule, I tested positve for Covid, so had to cancel. I also had a complication so had to postpone my next appointment until I could walk again. I restarted and proceeded to complete all appointments. The last one they did a rescan. To say I was disappointed is putting it midly. I did not have any results, I did not lose 2 inches as advertised. In fact I did not lose any belly or thigh fat. NONE. I voiced my dissappointment. The staff admitted she missed doing the in between scan ( I believe could have shown no weight loss and we could have made a change so to not waste all of my money. To make it worse Avril sent me a very negative email, blaming me and did not take any responsibility and made NO attempt to make me happy. In fact, she mentioned I bought the " R&R program, (rest, relaxation program), not the weight loss program. My truth is until that email I had never heard that term and I certainly would not have spent one dollar on a program I don't need. !00% waste of money for me. That is my truth. I would never do business with this company, ever again. Every single word is factual. This not a good experience. Thus the rating is accurate, based on my experience.!
