When I called the town of Plattsburgh about their trash pickup they refused to take me as a customer because all apartments of the same residence must use their service apparently even though I informed them of the situation with the vacant apartment below me. I ended up having to just Google trash services because they refused to even recommend any other companies, but I'm glad I did because that is how I found Costello. Once I got on the phone with a representative, I believe her name was Winter, she made the entire process so painless. She was incredibly helpful and friendly and helped make the process of setting up this utility a breeze. As this is the first time in my life I am living alone and have to handle all of this stuff on my own Winter's help and friendliness was REALLY appreciated. She even said she would be calling me back after the first few months of service to make sure I am happy with the service and to see if I have any questions!

Not only did they do an incredible job on all the things I needed but they also took care of me personally. When I left, the ramp was all chunky ice and I was having a hard time getting to the car with my walker, those 3 guys cleared the way as best they could, they gathered around me making sure I didn't fall off the sides or get on the ice and be in trouble....continually asking if I was ok!! They are genuinely great workers and human beings and my family and I are grateful for you all ! You also will not find better prices around!

After confirming the night before they never showed up and only reached out after I called, texted and messaged them. They were 'sorry' but a member of their crew was 'sick' and they could not do the job. THEY never called or reached out and left us hanging. DO NOT USE THEM!
