The 12 YO boy is pretty jealous, but he'll be allowed in when he's 16. Selection and prices are as good as you could expect, and they will be helpful on the phone if you do your research and don't waste their time. I communicated my disappointment with the state of the house upon completion, even sending photos of missed areas, and she maintained that she "did the best she could" and took zero accountability. The woman stayed in my bathroom for 4 hours and didn't even clean the tub and broke a special expensive lightbulb on the floor, leaving glass pieces. Her husband worked in the kitchen for most of the 4 hours but never cleaned the cabinet surfaces and floor had dirt in corners The living room just needed to be vacuumed, dusted, and mopped. The floor had a quick mop and wasn't left clean. Never dusted. I gave them a chance to come and fix things but they wanted to charge me more $$. He cleaned my coffee table leaving paint spots on it and it needs to be refinished. I feel that I was ripped off.
