I communicated my disappointment with the state of the house upon completion, even sending photos of missed areas, and she maintained that she "did the best she could" and took zero accountability. They told our contractor that they would come fix the driveway after the work was done. Our contractor said he called them to come and fix it, but they never got back to him so it was up to me to bug them. I called multiple times and never got a call back from the owner. I finally got the number for him directly and got a hold of him, he said they'd come in the spring to fix it. It is now almost the end of the summer and I haven't heard a peep.
