Brain and his company were unbelievable. Let me start by saying I requested to have movers move an RH outdoor fire table, that is extremely heavy, among some other challenging items. Every other moving company said they needed at least 4 guys... and truthfully, that made sense to me. Brian was the only one that asked for the dimensions and weight of the product, so I sent him the link to the specs page. He said 2 guys could move it, no problem. When they came, to my surprise, Brian actually showed up himself! I felt a little bad because it was originally a few hour job, had turned into an all day job because I wanted to get a lot more done than I had originally intended. They moved everything, flawlessly, efficiently, and organized items in a terrific common sense manner. Then, they got to hanging things. I'm pretty handy myself, and always hang my own tv's, and have my own extensive honey-do-list. After watching these guys work, I had them hang my TV, Sonos speaker, all the art in the house, mirrors.. heck, even my vacuum. They worked at 5x my speed, so to eliminate my honey-do-list in a few hours was a NO BRAINER. I am having them come back soon to do some additional items. I may never hang anything again. read more

Brian Vaiatica helped us in moving from Michigan to California-Playa Vista with quite a large plan of accommodating us from 4000 to 2000 sqf. The project included a variety of different kinds of work, like artistically hanging paintings and pictures, replacing bathroom installations for more advanced ones, assembling furniture, building shelves in the garage as well as the closets, and so forth. He helped with purchasing and procuring items at speciality stores. Also, Brian helped in some demolitions and removing unnecessary furniture and goods and taking it away for recycling. He applies an impressive set of advanced tools and always protects the floor materials. However, the most important is his high work ethic, always on time and very clean. I've had the pleasure of working with Brian several times now. He has installed window treatments for me on several properties, as well as artwork and mirrors. He is extremely professional and respectful of personal property. He wears shoe covers when he enters the home and always lays out his equipment on a blanket to protect the floors - I really appreciated it that! He is also very knowledgeable and resourceful. I've had him install complicated window hardware that he was unfamiliar with but quickly figured it out and completed the job in a timely manner. Brian is a wonderful installer. We are an art gallery from London who met Brian in LA at the beginning of the year. Since then, we have had Brian join us at art fairs across America. He unpacks crates, helps to curate the stand, installs our paintings and is on call for the duration of the fair wrapping sold works and re-hanging our stand. I moved into a new house which had a hideous chandelier in the entryway 20ft up. I called VAI Services to take down the old chandelier and replace with a new beautiful one.
