I had an issue with ants and I had to use a bunch of ant poison to kill the ants and as a result, I needed a deep cleaned before I drove back home for a 3 1/half hour drive when I left, I left with more ants in my chair than I did coming in, which is saying something they missed multiple areas in my doors and completely neglected cleaning parts of my car not even opening certain doors, I will never bring my car there again an absolute waste of $60 if you want something done right do it yourself. as I am driving home ants are falling off of my roof onto my windshield meaning not even the exterior wash got the ants off.

The first young man who…read moreassisted me came over straight away and explained the club membership process as I payed at the drive up kiosk. (Very helpful.) The Next young men met me at the car wash entrance to do the tire scrub. He was very nice, thanked me enthusiastically for the small tip I offered (he still seemed to have a great attitude tho it was almost 5pm), and did a good job. My only reservation to call in it great was I asked him not to brush the paint, but he forgot & brushed the hood. Not a dealbreaker, I'll be more clear about that next time. After the wash, I went to vacuum my car. Free self-serve vacuums are available with a paid wash. Some of the vacs had broken hoses, so I just found one that looked decent. It had been repaired but the suction seemed pretty good. Then I noticed some garbage was clogging the nozzle, & once that got sucked down, the suction was excellent. While I vacuumed my car to within an inch of its life, I noticed employees walking around picking up litter, emptying trash cans, just generally tidying up. The guy next to me was doing a full on self detail & nobody bothered him. All was good. After vacuuming, I went inside to complete the membership. The lady at the counter obviously knew her job & got it done quickly. She made sure I knew about Al the other locations, & the process for using my membership, as well as optionally upgrading if I needed more service on any future visits. She also gave me helpful information about when the automatic payments come out of the account. Seems like good info to have, and she was going above & beyond to explain everything in clear terms. Not always the case, so that was a plus in my opinion. I took away one star because the website links weren't all functioning. Maybe not updated. Specifically, there was a banner headline offer for a free wash for joining the online club, but there was no submission button or link after going thru the process of filling in the fields on the form to join. I hate when businesses don't maintain their websites. So. One star deduction. I would still recommend. It's a decent place to get your typical car wash with free vac, and they have full detail service there as well.

I saw on their website that they have a special on Mondays, which is 50% off a Hot Wax & Shine. I went to try them out around 12:15 this afternoon (FYI it's Monday). When I pulled up, I told the lady I wanted the Hot Wax & Shine. She said it would be $20. I showed her the website that shows 50% off on Mondays. She said, "Ohhhh...if you don't say anything, I don't know." Ummmm...the special is on your employer's website in a couple places. If someone says they want the Hot & Wax and it's Monday, that should prompt you to charge $10. Next, was the car wash. It's the one where your car goes through it, but at the end, they hand dry it. I went through the car wash and the guy hand dried it. Well, there were still soap suds on my car and my car was still dirty. Like, I could have gotten a hose and sprayed it with water for the same outcome I got after taking it to this car wash. I'm kicking myself because I had a guy come to my home and he did an AWESOME job cleaning/detailing the interior of my car. He offered to hand wash my car, but I declined. I should have let him!
