We have had the pleasure of working with Deborah Lago, any time we have had a repair of any issues she responds immediately and gets my work order done! I love the home that we live in! We love how they value their customers and simply checking in to make sure everything is still in order with the home! Definitely recommend to anyone who is on the search of renting their next home!

I obtained Fort Lowell Realty in 2021 to manage my duplex. In the beginning, I had responsive and…read morecommunicative property managers. However, from 2021 to 2025 they went through four different managers. I would have one person, everything would seem to be going well and then abruptly they'd tell me someone else was being assigned. In 2025, I was again assigned a new manager, Andrea R. and communication significantly declined in comparison to other property managers I had been assigned. Emails would often go unanswered for long periods of time. Everything fell apart during a tenant move-out at the end of 2025. Before the tenant moved out, I provided the original lease and deposit records to Andrea so there would be no confusion. During the scheduled move-out, the assigned manager was unavailable, and the person who performed the move-out inspection took not one photo. I had to step in myself after tenant departure to take move-out condition photos because Fort Lowell staff didn't do it. The departing tenant was instructed to leave the keys unsecured in the mailbox after 5:30pm, which was very concerning because they didn't set up a lockbox for the tenant to securely leave the keys after the inspection. In addition to all of this, they issued a security deposit refund using rents from another unit to the tenant before fully reviewing damages. Keep in mind I held the deposits, but they did not consult me or provide me with the breakdown and obtain my authorization before refunding the money that I should have provided from the deposit account not use rents from another unit's tenant. To make matters completely insanely worse, the refund included money that had already been returned years earlier to a prior co-tenant! After I began formally requesting proper documentation and correction of the accounting, communication became worse. I sent a written notice under the contract giving them nearly a month to fix the issues. The problems were not fully corrected. After I terminated the agreement with proper 30-day notice, communication completely stopped, they did not follow up with me with requested documentation and stopped responding to my other unit's tenant they were still managing in this timeframe. I have still not received the complete documentation or the remaining funds in my owner account. I also later discovered that another tenant had gone six months without a properly executed lease renewal, and I was never informed. As a landlord, you need clear communication, accurate accounting, and proper handling of deposits. In my experience, those basic protections were not consistently in place. In addition, Fort Lowell's team is extremely unprofessional, completely ignoring clients, being condescending, and just displaying levels of incompetence I didn't know could exist. If you're a property owner, I would not recommend you use Fort Lowell. In fact, RUN!

I called again two more times and I sent another email. Highly unprofessional to ghost anyone and the application turnaround time is not 24-72 hours. What a joke and why the house has been on the market for over two months. I should contact the owner and let them know what a terrible job this company is doing.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company took over my rental 2 months after moving in. No…read moreone came to the house. It took months to get anything repaired, and when they did send someone, they made things worse, such as light switches not working, and closet doors not being fully repaired. When I moved in, there was water damage in the kitchen, that was painted over, and then there was a leak under the kitchen sink that took over 24 hours to get someone to come and even look at it. I hired a plumber on my own to come out that day. It took another 3 weeks before anyone could come and repair the damage, at Which point they had found mold. I work in the medical field and work with imunocompromised people. It took me 4 months to get better after the exposure. Again, not a single person from the Keyrenter came to look at the home. I also paid for my first year rent a year in advance with the original property management. Before that year was up, Keyrenter claimed I owed money, and that the money I paid up front had run out. They began to threaten eviction. This was a keyrenter problem for not cross checking paperwork and funds transferred at time of management change. Jim, the owner of the company harassed me daily, even during the fourth of July Holiday with my son on vacation while we were out of town threatening to evict us. Again, not once did anyone followup or apologize for any misunderstanding. Due to the extreme negligence, I was able to break my lease with a 60 day notice of vacate. I paid over 2 times my rent in deposits and an earnest fee. At time of move out, I paid for profesional cleaning, the house was by far cleaner than when I moved out, yet Keyrenter claims $500 in repairs, and replace closet doors that apparently had damage, yet I had a work order for them to repair said doors. It is now 19 days after move out, and I have yet to receive a check for the refund I am owed. This company is the worst at follow through and communication, and nickel and dimes their tenants, and do less than bare minimum to maintain their properties.

I'm a real estate investor in the Phoenix area and was recommended by a friend in the STR industry…read moreto look at Casago after I had a poor management experience with Vacasa. Casago has been an amazing partner in helping maximize the investment of my property in north Phoenix. Their team provided reasonable and helpful recommendations when it came to furnishing my property, the photos for the listing are beautiful, and the service and support team are top notch. In every way, their team has gone above and beyond with support and information for investors. Unfortunately, the Phoenix market has proven to be challenging in driving enough income to be sufficient for this specific property and I'm converting it to a long term rental. In no way do I view this to be the fault of Casago as they took all possible means to drive the needed return. In fact, they have provided honestly and transparent market analysis to ensure I was armed with the appropriate information to make decisions on my investment. If you're a real estate investor looking to get into the short term rental market, I highly recommend working with Judi Crane and the team at Casago in Phoenix.

This was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences we've ever had…read more We specifically booked a property with Casago because the listing clearly advertised a heated pool and jacuzzi, which was a major factor for our stay--especially since we were traveling with children. However, when we arrived, both the pool and jacuzzi were completely cold and unusable. When we reached out, the hosts told us they could heat it for an additional fee, which we were willing to pay. But this was never disclosed upfront in the listing, which already felt misleading. Then, to make matters worse, they came back and told us the water heater was actually broken--and that they were planning to fix it three days into our stay. No prior notice, no transparency, just a casual "oh well." This is completely unacceptable. If a key advertised amenity is not functioning, guests should absolutely be informed before booking or at the very least before arrival. We would have never booked this place had we known. On top of that, the cleanliness was also an issue. The toilet was clearly not properly cleaned and had visible stains, which is the bare minimum expectation for any stay. Because of all of this, we had no choice but to cancel our stay early (within 3 hours of checking in) . Overall, this felt misleading, poorly managed, and extremely frustrating--especially traveling with kids. and the worst part - they won't refund us back after all this. I will never go through Casago ever again.
