I had always heard good things about Aristacare but o got to experience it first hand this past…read moremonth when my mother went to the linden facility They are absolutely awesome the staff the entire crew should get 10 stars for the way they treated my mom with compassion - care and patience My mother developed Severe Lewy body dementia and they have been extremely helpful not just in her care but also in their effort to coach us to do the correct next steps The staff at the linden facility is absolutely amazing thank you Shiela and Robin and the entire set of helpers and aids who made sure my mom was given the same care she would have gotten at home They made sure we were in constant touch via FaceTime calls And my mom needed constant attention Thank you to the ceo sailesh who even though I went with so many random questions patiently answered everything and assured me that my mom is in safe hands I just had such a relief when I saw that my mother was being taken care of with compassion love and patience Thank you for giving a sign of hope to all the families who are struggling in providing for their parents and I have to say I am happy I made the right choice I would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering it for long term or short term care And a big shout to the entire Aristacare staff you guys are extremely well organized and focused on each patient Kudos to all of you ....

Explained the persistent cough and cold then after vitals and swab tests, confirmed negative of covid and flu and prescribed antibiotics. However, after taking antibiotics for 4 days, cough still persists that affects my health and sleep. Hardly, slept last one week. After calling to update my position, nurse suggested a cough medicine. My complain is why doc did not prescribe cough medicine earlier instead waiting for me to go through constant cough day and night?? I am not sure if it is overlook or intentional. If i remember correctly, It happened before as well with the same doc.

I have been at Prime care medical a few time now and it's at least an hour wait before the doctor sees you. The doctors are ok but I can't stand when a practice have no regards for patient's time. I've been receiving an email / mail last few weeks of a bill that I owe from my last four visits funny thing is they say they will bill you before you leave which I have been billed every time I visit. I go in and review my billing with them and find out they DOUBLE charged me and another visit was $200 and they said they have to resubmit it to my insurance company again???? So my question is they are not reviewing their billing with any insurance company I would rather charge you!!! Be careful when you receive a bill from these folks They will bill you and hope you just pay without verifying with your insurance!!! 4 visits in a month and a half and they tried to charge me four times my bill because they didn't clear it with my insurance company!!!
