Love Life Time. It's my safe haven for an enjoyable, rewarding time with my community that I now…read morecall my friends! The staff who take care of the building are diligent and helpful. My only feedback is that they need to have better yoga and cycling teachers. This means that the teachers should be engaging and supporting; at the very least, smiling at each member and making them feel like they belong in the class. We need the instructors to improve and be more engaging. Like previous Life Time Wayne yoga teachers: Caitlin and Amy. Also, the music can be too loud in the workout floors and in the locker rooms at night. Everyone has earbuds in anyways, so why blast the music?? Looking forward to the improvements.

I've been a member at Lifetime King of Prussia and have to say the customer service experience has…read morebeen deeply disappointing. My biggest frustration is that management simply does not listen to member feedback. When you raise a concern or complaint, it falls on deaf ears -- and it doesn't get better as you go up the chain. I've tried addressing issues with staff, then escalated to higher-level management, and the response has been the same at every level: indifference. There's no acknowledgment of the problem, no follow-up, and certainly no effort to make things right. It feels like complaints go into a black hole. For the premium pricing Lifetime charges, you'd expect a baseline level of professionalism and responsiveness. Instead, the entire management team seems untrained in even the most basic principles of customer service -- active listening, accountability, and follow-through. A facility is only as good as the people running it, and right now, this location is being let down by leadership that doesn't seem to value the members who keep it running. I'd encourage the management team at this location to invest in some real customer service training, because what they're doing now isn't working.

Saw the coach walk in 15 minutes later with Whole Foods! So unprofessional and the girls up front were very dismissive and rude and told us they couldn't take us (mind you we were the first ones here and the trainer wasn't even in the studio bc he was on a Whole Foods run!) After later speaking with the store manager Brittany, she thanked us for informing her about the situation, Immediate red flag because the situation wasn't ever told to her by her employees until we spoke with her on the phone 3 hours later. The manager also suggested we try another OT location (ironically she listed all locations within a closer radius of the city...) I'm glad I went to the SOULCYCLE in Ardmore after this experience, because I will never be returning or spend any dollar on an organization that DOES NOT OFFER AN INCLUSIVE AND SAFE SPACE FOR MINORITIES. Soul cycle was an amazing and personable experience, and the staff were so professional and truly made you feel welcome! I also will be reaching out to corporate and leaving also additional update on what the company's policy is concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion. It's 2023 do better Orangetheory.

At the same time, do you need to burn off stress, work up a sweat, get good cardio, tone that body and just plain old have the best time doing so? If the answers are "YES", then read you belong at MOJO FITNESS". I am a lover of dance music: funk, soul, R&B, hip-hop, you name it, yet it's next to impossible to get my husband to go dancing. BUT, twice a week, I get my groove on at MOJO FITNESS where we do all those good things for our bodies I mentioned earlier, yet we think we're just having tons of fun at a really great dance club! We are led by Cindy Brauer who is a top-notch instructor/motivator with a fantastic background (read it at http://mojofitness.biz/about-mojo/our-mojo-team/). What's not on her resume is that she moves funkier, jumps higher -- as if suspended in mid air, and smiles wider than anyone in the room! (She is clearly having fun, too!). To sum it up, MOJO FITNESS is the best thing that has happened to me and FOR me health-wise and happiness-wise in a long time. And I believe many fellow Mojo-ers would join me in that sentiment!

I also enjoyed how they don't try to sell packages and slide them down your throat. I usually avoid places like that or any salesy personnel. Really enjoyed how it's super laid back and chill and do it at your own pace. I've been lifting weights since 2018 and never thought that i could feel such stretches in my muscles during Pilates. I can say that I have grown love for Pilates. !

I had been recovering from a herniated disc that also led to the discovery of mild scoliosis, which is not abnormal for older women, in particular. I took all of these issues to LSF and was rewarded with excellent knowledge and experience helping others like myself work back to a strong, flexible body. While I don't always love it, every instructor has been on me for positioning and form, which is key to not getting reinjured. As a pilates newbie, it's been helpful and I do not exaggerate when I say that I have been mostly pain-free since starting. My only struggle is with signing up for classes. Because they fill up very quickly, it is hard to budget because you need to sign up for a lot of classes in advance, which means you have to pay for a lot of classes at once. (They're certainly worth it and priced fairly.) I have had success with the waiting list, however, and there was only one time I did not get into the class. The silver lining of all this is that clearly people think highly of the classes/instructors and want to get in! I also appreciate that the owner/staff "hear" clients and try to make class policy changes that are sensible and not just penal. It's not easy running a small fitness business, so just them being there as a resource is terrific. They play great music, everyone is super friendly and down-to-earth, and the studio is cute. Thrilled to be an LSF'r and look forward to a pain-free spring and summer unlike last year! Thanks, LSF!
