His values reflect through the company - everyone is unfailingly professional, competent and courteous. We had a very challenging 1200 sq ft leaky concrete deck. We did a lot of research ourselves and met a lot of contractors. No one but Torre was aware of and skilled in the best alternative approaches to the project. He has great rapport with subcontractors. They and his team did a meticulous job planning and rebuilding the deck and making sure the problems were solved. It is an honor and privilege to know Torre. He is true friend, I would always call him first for any new project. Thanks to everyone on team Torre Reich!

I have completed many construction and remodeling projects over the last 35 years and have worked…read morewith many contractors and construction companies.  Recently on my ADU project, I hired ONR Construction - The owner Victor has been the best experience I've ever had with a contractor.  This is the first time I have genuinely felt this satisfied with a construction company, the workers, and the overall experience from start to finish.  The work was great and we passed inspections seamlessly!!   In less than a month, the entire structure is up - not to mention this ADU is over 150' from the street, there is a lot of trenching.  Victor is incredibly organized, communicative, punctual, and professional. One of the things that impressed me the most was how well he planned and coordinated everything. He always had the next steps lined up ahead of time, scheduled people efficiently, and made sure there was no wasted time during construction. Because of how organized and proactive he is, the project moved forward very quickly and smoothly.  The crew and him were here from start to finish, NO disappearing for days in the middle of the project - this was the nightmare I heard from a lot of people building an ADU. I know Victor handles large commercial projects for major supermarkets and other companies in the area, but despite that, I never experienced any arrogance or ego from him or his crew. They were always humble, respectful, appreciative, and easy to work with. Whenever I bought lunch for the crew, they were genuinely grateful and always cleaned up after themselves afterward. The job site was consistently spotless -- not even a single water bottle was left behind.Communication throughout the project was excellent. Victor was always responsive, clear, and easy to reach, which made the entire process so much less stressful. The job site was also consistently clean and well managed, something that is very rare in construction.  There was no garbage everywhere, they cleaned up at the end of every day.  In the evening, I would receive an update email from Victor.   On top of that, Victor is very personable, humble, takes his time to explain and suggest things,  and is genuinely easy to work with.  After going through this process with ONR Construction, I actually feel confident that I could build another ADU in the future because I know exactly who to hire. I highly recommend ONR Construction and Victor to anyone looking for a contractor.

We got with them since they were recommended to us by the contractor that is handling our insurance claim. We are definitely glad we went with them. From the first time we met Scott you know already how knowledgeable and passionate he is with his craft. He was very thorough in explaining to us until we landed on the countertop we were looking for. One thing that I would like to really commend Scott is on his communication skills. We were working on a very tight timeline due to having an event in our house and we cannot afford not having a kitchen available. He understood the ask and he worked with us closely and kept us up to date for any possible issues and he always has a solution to provide. As for their quality of work, it was really clean that you can hardly see the breaks. His team was also very respectful of property that they clean after their work for the day. I would definitely recommend Scott and his team if you would need to replace your countertops.

*Long review, but worth the read*…read more We received bids from multiple contractors to remodel our our house. Picking a contractor can be stressful. Most of my neighbors had complaints about different contractors they used. Our remodel included full kitchen, laying wood tile flooring throughout the house, painting, closing off double doors to an office/bedroom & re-locating a single door to office/bedroom in the hallway. We later added remodeling our wood burning fireplace. JDS wont be the most expensive and they wont be the cheapest. However, keep in mind you get what you pay for. On the date and time of our estimate appointment, Michelle promptly arrived on time. After explaining our vision, she immediately took measurements and began working on our estimate. We received the estimate from her within a day of our appointment. After reviewing all the bids from multiple contractors, we asked Jeff (owner) to visit our house to speak more in depth about our vision for the remodel. Jeff is a professional guy with a keen eye for making the vision we had come to life. Jeff is the kind of man where a "handshake" has meaning and integrity behind it. It was immediately apparent he is passionate about what he does. After speaking with Jeff, we decided to proceed with his company. Michelle met with us to pick out countertops and tile flooring. She was very helpful and she provided great feedback to assist us with decisions to ensure all our decor would go together. On day 1, Justin promptly arrived at 730AM to begin demolition. Justin is a solid dude. He is professional, personable and a jack of all trades kind of guy. With him and Jeff, there were no problems, only solutions. Every day he was scheduled to be at our home, he was on time & worked all day. When it was time to tile the floors, Jeff's guys were on point. Specifically, Adam and Jordan were awesome. They always arrived on time & they were professional. They were a pleasure to deal with while working in our home. I enjoyed getting to know them over the weeks. My son likes to be very involved in projects. Adam and Jordan always allowed him to be involved and did not treat him like he was a burden. They were patient and took some time each morning to allow my son to assist in learning the trade. There were many times we were unable to be home. Never once did I feel like I could not trust any of his guys to be in my home while we were not there. Jeff stopped by our home on a regular basis to check on the quality of work being completed by his crews. Jeff was in constant communication with me about work that would be competed and what crews would be arriving. There was not one time during our 7-week project that his crews failed to show-up or a time I was unable to get in contact with Jeff or Michelle about our project. Now that we have reached the end of our remodel, we are 100% happy with the final outcome. JDS delivered on every level. The photos I posted do not do our remodel justice. When we are ready to remodel our bathrooms, I will be inviting JDS back to complete the work. If you are looking for a contractor to remodel your home, you will not regret going with JDS.
