I use to frequent Yodi and wait for ages with results that varied from great to bad depending on who was working that day. I switched to Roz and love it! The shaping and tinting are 100% better and consistently so. It's super close to where I was going previously and hardly ever has a long wait time. Just tried this new place today. I frequented before when it was Yodi (which had moved). I drove by and did not see anyone inside which is usually a strange sign when their competitor had a number of people waiting. I gave it a try anyway. The lady instantly tells me the price is $12, when it's advertised outside for $5 for new customers (which I am since it's a new owner/management). I still go ahead with it knowing I'm being taken for a few dollars. The lady did a decent job, but I found her reckless with the threading hitting my eyelashes at times. Wasn't the same and felt rushed when there was no one around to even attend to. Overall not a horrible job, just for the same money I believe the Yodi staff do a better job. read more

So I had to find a new place to do my brows because I could no longer wax because of my dermatologist prescriptions. So I googled threading and this place had great reviews and let's just say there absolutely right!! And let me just start off by saying that I am always terrified to do my eyebrows somewhere new because 9 times out of 10 they will butcher them badly but it is NOT the case here what so ever... when I tell I tend to never walk out a place 100% happy with my eyebrows .. I have been twice and so far I have recommended it to all my friends. They do such a good job and are so considerate of your own personal taste. They ask you how you want your brows, before doing anything that could change the appearance of them they ask you and I just think that's amazing because most places won't. And the pain scale compare to my previous experience threading is enormous when I tell you I barely even feel it. Conclusions if you are thinking of going here DO IT !! read more

I used to go here to get my eyebrows done and a full body wax, but after this last time I will not be returning. The service was so poor, Rozina left me sitting in a room to attend other clients and said it was because I did not make an appointment. Even though, I called the day before and she told me the best time for her to come in would be 11:30. Anyways, it took over 2.5 hours, and she did not even finish. I had to leave in the middle because I was late to work and the quality of her waxing and customer service was absurd. I was clearly upset and started to cry because I felt I had been treated so bad, and she told me I was so sensitive. She tried to reason with me, but I won't be going back. read more

She also was kind enough to fill in my brows free of charge to demonstrate the brow pencils that they have for sale.
