He could easily be a professional photographer. The show was of wildlife, flowers, and Nature. It was a treat to watch. And once my crown was manufactured he simply installed it for a perfect fit. Noticed Jeff grinding the molar to prepare it for the crown which went in without any trouble and fit very well. As promised, after two days the pain and discomfort subsided markedly and gradually disappeared. What do you say? I have a new crown and two new white fillings in my mouth and they fit without high spots. Good professional job and follow up. Mouth feels relatively good and the price was competitive.

They called the office to see if this was something they could repair in house and they told them they couldn't see him for a few weeks and that He needed an appointment in order to determine whether they could repair it or would need to send it out. Weeks??? They asked if they could bring it by and could he take a peek real quick to see if it was fixable so they could pursue other options. No. They refused to even try and help. They just didn't care. My sister was really upset but thanked them. They found another dentist who actually took the dentures to the lab himself and had them fixed within a few days. They now go to this office. My sister got a call from the old office trying to schedule a cleaning and she said they had gone elsewhere. She asked why. My sister asked if she wanted the truth. Yes she did. So she told the story and the person who called her got defensive and nasty. They STILL didn't care. So glad they went elsewhere.
