He gave a detailed description of what he saw and offered multiple options to choose from. It was refreshing to have choices that are easily doable and his approach being conservative so I don't jump into something without first seeing what works best. I went home to experiment with the first recommended step and already see improvement. I am grateful, too, that the front office not only gave me a kit to take but also demonstrated how to use it. This is way better than being handed a box and having to read it on my own. My sister was a patient of Dr. Oconnor before he sold the practice. Her husband paid $5000 cash for…read morea set of dentures. Less than a year later one of the front teeth fell out! They called the office to see if this was something they could repair in house and they told them they couldn't see him for a few weeks and that He needed an appointment in order to determine whether they could repair it or would need to send it out. Weeks??? They asked if they could bring it by and could he take a peek real quick to see if it was fixable so they could pursue other options. No. They refused to even try and help. They just didn't care. My sister was really upset but thanked them. They found another dentist who actually took the dentures to the lab himself and had them fixed within a few days. They now go to this office. My sister got a call from the old office trying to schedule a cleaning and she said they had gone elsewhere. She asked why. My sister asked if she wanted the truth. Yes she did. So she told the story and the person who called her got defensive and nasty. They STILL didn't care. So glad they went elsewhere.
