Weeks??? They asked if they could bring it by and could he take a peek real quick to see if it was fixable so they could pursue other options. No. They refused to even try and help. They just didn't care. My sister was really upset but thanked them. They found another dentist who actually took the dentures to the lab himself and had them fixed within a few days. They now go to this office. My sister got a call from the old office trying to schedule a cleaning and she said they had gone elsewhere. She asked why. My sister asked if she wanted the truth. I am a R.N. with Delta Dental Insurance through Fresno State University as I am employed as a nursing instructor and also Medicare Advantage with Liberty Dental as the provider and have 2 plans under that insurance. I came in originally to have a crown put on that fell off. After 4 visits Dr Aguilar said I needed to go to another dentist and provided me with a reference. This is totally absurd and I will never return to this office. My insurance has been eaten up by all these xrays taken and evaluations done that have been charged. I don't get it. It is totally worth the travel when you know you are going to a knowledgeable dentist that provides high quality work. My fiancé absolutely refuses to see anyone else. Thanks to Dr. Pham he no longer has dental anxiety! Dr. Pham takes his time to explain things & educate you every step of the way which is extremely important. Minh is also very helpful! I know that I can count on her to answer any insurance questions I have. We actually switched from having insurance to joining their in-office membership & it's the best decision we've ever made.
