The class meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 11 A.M for one hour. The exercises range from moderate to somewhat challenging. The sessions cost $5.00 each ( first session free!). If you prepay with $50.00, you get twelve sessions! Ed, a former Marine, is extremely knowledgeable and inspiring with these workouts. The hour exercise flys by!

The place is relatively small and the the docotor was super nice and helpful. She wasn't corny or cheesy like most doctors but was really genuine and helped me on the first day even though it was just an evaluation! Most docs just want your insurance money but she acually seemed to want to help. She did some muscle massages and recommended exercises to help neck movement. Overall this is a great place and super helpful, although they dont take debit cards :/

Sadly, this place is falling to the greedy hands of their money grabbing managment. It took a full…read morefour days to get a response to a simple prescription refill request--and after multiple follow-ups, the only reply was, "Please come in and visit with a care provider, then we can prescribe poison ivy itch creams." So essentially, they want $1,200 just to prescribe something that they know as well as I do would have been prescribed immediately if I had come in. By the time they finally responded, four more days had gone by and the issue had already run its course.
