In the past the fix was to let it rest for a few weeks so this time I went with the massage. They really know their stuff---technique, anatomy, muscles involved, etc. I was surprised at the precision, I was expecting a warm towel and just some general kneading in the area. Left with full range of motion restored, as well as some recommendations for certain stretches, etc. Was in the gym today in fact, 2 days after massage. No issues with shoulder/scapula at all.
