All the employees were standing around the check out area. Not a one of them (5) even acknowledged that I even walked into the store. I walked around for at least throughout the store looking fo the items. 2. I had to go and ask at the counter and ask where the items were. The short guy replied "I don't know what a nut driver is " and my response was "so why are you working here, then. " 3. One of the other female clerks had to tell him and point them out. 4. I had a choice of 1 of each item. A 1/4' nut driver for the drill and only a #2 Phillips head screwdriver tip for the drill driver. 5. I spoke with the owner and it turns out the they have two owners. Hardware section and furniture section stores. I spoke with the furniture manager, since I know him. And told him the story. He said he would take to the hardware manager immediately. 6. A few days later I was with a friend and she went in for keys to be cut. And again, all the employees were just standing and talking to each other. One man finally noticed my friend and actually cut a pair of keys for her. And the worked the first time. So kuddos for him. Upon arriving a few years ago..my T-Mobile service needed to be retired. At that time, there was no Verizon retailer (you know, the one in front of Wal-Mart)...and Wal-Mart itself didn't offer Verizon yet either. It was order online or venture into the "local" retailers. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed with Kotana. The ladies who helped me open up a new Verizon account and get a new iPhone were so great to deal with! Because I wanted the new iPhone 5, it needed to be ordered. They were so professional and fast and notified me right away when my phone came in. I didn't have a single problem with Kotana and given my length of time in Williston..this was a very welcome change!
