I visited the shop with my husband the other day and the employee was getting a cockatiel out to show us, but dropped him 3-4 times in the process. The bird plopped straight down to the ground hard each time. Not even a glide. We've had our cockatiel at home now for the past day and he's doing fine other than his wings. I've been having to physically help him get up onto his perch each time as he isn't able to without any use of his wings. He's calm when we interact with him until he realizes he has no way to fly and begins panicking and crashing straight down. it's really sad to watch and completely unnecessary. Again, we love our bird and the staff seemed nice, but please, do better. Get someone who knows how to trim a birds wings! Or just don't do it at all.

She said I need to add $35 times two for our dogs missing an appt before. I said what are you talking about. She proceeded to tell me and I said that was incorrect, I called up there and an older lady answered and took my call when I cancelled. She use to always be there. I called and cancelled a while back because we were on vacation that week and I told her that on the phone call that we are unable to keep this date. It looks like it never got cancelled. I was made to pay that along with our bill. I was upset over having to pay for something that was not my fault. I did call my husband at work. He meets me there and we both went in there. He told them the exact same thing. But we already called on our part and she must of never put in the notes in the computer or it forgot. We called tonight about an important issue about a dog trying to want to produce early. Then they got my name and put me on hold forever. She came back on and said they could not see us there anymore because of the issue last time. How is this fair to us? Dr Weddle here must not really care for animals they way he should. If he had a heart he would've seen him with no question. I would never recommend him for anything!!!
