Hands down, the best night of our lives! The Richmond Hall went above and beyond to make sure our…read moreexperience was unforgettable and they delivered. My husband and I first walked into the Richmond Hall and instantly fell on love. The high vaulted ceilings, extravagant chandeliers, and the long flowing drapes in the background blew us away. Can't forget to mention the newly renovated cocktail room downstairs which gave a more modern, rustic feel and a change of atmosphere for our guests. Lauren was very helpful throughout the planning process and was very timely and helpful with any of our questions and needs. Our maître d, Beverly, was outstanding the day of the wedding. She was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. We cannot thank her enough for the efforts of her and her staff, as they made the 2 years of planning feel effortless. Our guests raved about their total experience. The valet parking, delicious food, timely drinks and our late night cheesesteaks were extraordinary. The Richmond Hall and Catering by Mario's are truly the best and I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of a wedding venue!

When wedding cake was passed out, they completely missed tables and then acted like everything was just fine when we complained that they skipped us. Sorry not sorry was the attitude. Although you wouldn't know from the outside, the space is amazing-colorful, bright, inviting and lends itself to the creative mind. There are multiple large rooms that can each accommodate maybe 15? people (due to the equipment) with sinks for cleaning everything off at the end. The instructor started off a little dry but ended up really engaging everyone and the entire group seemed to have a great time. We had a one hour session and, after getting setup with an apron and a clay working station, we got to choose what basic item we wanted to make, got guidance throughout the process, decorated our creations and decided on the color for the pros to add on after the fact. Items are fired/cured and picked up in several weeks. It was a great, chill way to spend a weekend morning and I'm looking forward to bringing my treasure home in a few weeks.

You proved me wrong!! We clicked from day one with our tasting. Chef Will is a BEAST! I am no longer fooled by that shy exterior. The food that, that man creates is INSANE!!! He has a friend in Curtis FOREVER....LOL I gave you my vision of creating "The Greatest Show on Earth" and you was a little hesitant at first, but once it marinated in world of fabulousness that resides in your mind, you took it and RAN!! Because of my self diagnosis of OCD, I was nervous allowing anyone to make decisions for me, but because every idea you gave me I loved, it made me feel comfortable to step back and allow you to do what you do which is creating AWESOMENESS!!! From the moment I walked into the library and saw that set for the ceremony I was in amazement. THEN....when I saw the way you transformed that space into the reception area, I WAS IN AWE!!! I just wanted to run to you and give you a HUGE HUG!! You created EXACTLY what was in my mind....EXACTLY!!! Even your staff was on point!!! So very polite, professsional and attentive to Curtis and I. They all would ask me if we needed them to do anything and making sure we were ok. I feel bad that I don't remember anyone's name because they all came up to me and introduced themselves as they offered assistance. Your staff ROCKS!!! This has been one long journey and I am so blessed to have met you to guide me through this process. We started off as clients and have built a friendship in the process. I love you for the dedication and love you put into making our day special........... THANK YOU......THANK YOU....THANK YOU
