Seeing how it's Jacksonville and not too many places to pick from I took a leap of faith and I'm glad I did. The facility is clean and I felt very welcomed. You can tell the shop doesn't have a lot of clientele BUT that does not mean my nail tech didn't put in work. I came in to get a pedicure and fullset pink and white tips. I was a very satisfied customer when I left. She took her time and because she wasn't rushing to accommodate another customer I felt like I had my own personal private nail tech I loved it!!!! NOT to mention Im a bodybuilder and it was time for me too eat she warmed up my food for me and everything and didn't give me the side eye for asking.

However, I waited long enough for the water to get cold. No problem, I know they're busy. My nail tech was funny and personable. I had my polish removed and cuticles (and some skin) trimmed. Then some leg scrub and lotion, then a hot towel. Then proceeded to paint my nails. Unfortunately, he didn't paint the ends of the nails. And I didn't notice until I was ready to leave. So I painted them myself. When I went to pay, I was shocked to be charged $35. Online their prices stated $18 for a basic pedicure. So I was pretty disappointed. The salon was extremely pretty and comfortable. But next time I'll check the prices before I get any service done.

Upon entering on a weekday around noon, the store was busy. We added our name and number to the kiosk waitlist and asked to return in 30 minutes. One of the staff called me a little before our time to let us know everything was ready. We returned and sat in the massage chairs for our pedicures. We all chose the Deluxe and then went to the front for our manicures. The staff are friendly and attentive, offering water and performing well. They effectively acknowledge patrons entering and leaving, demonstrating high efficiency. Overall, we had a good experience, and I highly recommend this nail salon. During our conversation, it was shared that they've been under new management for about a year now.

If you want your nails done at a daycare this is the place for you. Owner's kid or maybe grandkid was running around, playing videos of video games on the main TV, screaming when they tried to change it, dumping food on the floor and being a normal kid. But this makes for a very unpleasant environment when you're trying to relax and get your pedicure. Guy who did mg pedi smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Pedi itself was fine - will see how long it lasts. Don't think I'll be back.
