Extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication from A+ Concrete…read more We had our outdoor patio flooring installed by A+ Concrete, and within a month of the installation, the product began coming up and deteriorating. We contacted the company several times to address the issue, but getting a response was extremely difficult. Once we finally did hear back, we were told multiple times that someone would come out to inspect or address the problem, but they repeatedly did not show up. We spent approximately three months trying to get someone to come out, with very little communication or follow-through. At this point, we have given up trying to get the issue resolved and are paying another company to redo the flooring. The most frustrating part isn't even that we had a problem with the product--problems can happen with any project. It's how the problem was handled afterward. Good customer service means responding to your customer, communicating honestly, and following through when you say you're going to show up. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with A+ Concrete. The photos attached show the condition of the flooring shortly after installation. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.

They mowed my lawn in the rain on saturated ground and left tire ruts and damage in my yard. I contacted Bethany and was promised they would return September 12 to correct it. Nobody showed. Nobody called. On September 14 at 11:35 a.m., I spoke with Bethany again and was specifically told Cory would be out that day to mow. Again, nobody showed and nobody called. I sent multiple written complaints and gave the company repeated opportunities to make this right. The damage remains unresolved. I also had another property under contract where mowing was included. DC Lawn Service stopped providing mowing in that area, so they were no longer providing the full service I originally contracted for. Property damage. Two promised return visits. Two no-shows. No courtesy calls. Multiple complaints without a meaningful resolution. Mistakes happen. Repeatedly promising to fix them and then not showing up is something else entirely. I terminated both services. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend DC Lawn Service.
