Extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication from A+ Concrete…read more We had our outdoor patio flooring installed by A+ Concrete, and within a month of the installation, the product began coming up and deteriorating. We contacted the company several times to address the issue, but getting a response was extremely difficult. Once we finally did hear back, we were told multiple times that someone would come out to inspect or address the problem, but they repeatedly did not show up. We spent approximately three months trying to get someone to come out, with very little communication or follow-through. At this point, we have given up trying to get the issue resolved and are paying another company to redo the flooring. The most frustrating part isn't even that we had a problem with the product--problems can happen with any project. It's how the problem was handled afterward. Good customer service means responding to your customer, communicating honestly, and following through when you say you're going to show up. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with A+ Concrete. The photos attached show the condition of the flooring shortly after installation. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.

This go around, he assisted us with a solution for some rotting wood that supports our central/interior AC unit. He built an additional support to reinforce the area that the ac unit sits on which saved us a ton of money as we didn't need an ac company to come out and remove the entire unit in order for the rotting wood to be replaced. He also replaced an old ceiling fan for us. Matt is always kind and professional and he does great work. Enjoyed working with him again.

However, when we asked about this, he said that he would have to order a whole new pallet of pavers (which, of course, drives the cost way up). What happened to the pavers he was supposed to hold for us? Also, prior to the damage, we noticed a problem with some of the pavers sinking down somewhat where we drive our vehicles. My wife asked Claudio on the initial consult, before putting the pavers in, if the pavers would support our RV, and he told her that they would. We asked to have that repaired under the 5-year warranty, but then he became very rude and belligerent and stated that he had never paid any claim previously under the warranty. I now see why. Beware of dishonest business practices.
