We had an outdoor living space completed by Red Branch about a year ago. I was very impressed when…read moremeeting them and discussing the project. I enjoyed the process of design with them and they did listen to my concerns and ideas as well as considering our budget. The quote came in way over budget. After some time, we changed the scope of the project some and Red branch re-bid on the project and came in at a lower cost. I'm not sure if that was the problem, but the quality of what we received at completion versus what was discussed was two different things. I have already had to have things fixed and the project has been completed less than a year. The gates have had to be entirely redone. There are a few more things that need to be fixed but will have to wait due for financial reasons. Additionally, when I was working with them I thought the majority of the work would be completed by them or at least other contractors that they had worked with. Ultimately, I found out that they bid out my project to other local contractors that they had not worked with. I have had to hire additional people to complete the job and fix the things they did poorly. I am very disappointed by their work and honestly their character. It was not what I expected when I hired them at all.
