As a parent, I am incredibly proud of her and so grateful for the confidence and skills Franco helped her build. Franco taught her clearly and thoroughly, and she follows the advice and rules he gave her every time she drives. He is extremely knowledgeable about traffic laws (as a former police officer), very patient, and takes the time to make sure students truly understand the rules of the road--not just memorize them. I highly recommend Franco and Libertini Driving School to any parent looking for a professional, patient, and trustworthy instructor for their child.

I also used to work at The north Ogden location. They are very informative and professional And if there's a problem they work with you so well to solve it. That have been such a huge help for me and my family i even make the drive everyday just so my kids can go here since we moved and it's so worth it. It is extremely disjointed and disorganized. Nothing is planned ahead so if you aren't checking your 6 different inboxes for info from the school you are bound to miss something. But they do make sure to text multiple times to remind you if you leave your kid there after closing on Tuesdays is $5 per minute. So if they want you to receive a message they know how to send it but if it doesn't benefit them you can expect to go hunting for any info you need. The director is cold and short. I couldn't wait to get my kid out of the school. Nothing like what it says on paper. Mrs. Helen is also a horrible teacher she has no patience or care for children. She shushes our child many times when he needed assistance resulting in traumatic experiences that could have easily been avoided if she had any capacity to work with small children.

Today I had picked her up from the last day of summer school and as we were driving off a girl (of a different race) leaned out of the back of the truck she was in and looked at my daughter and yelled "dumb b****"! apparently this has been thing that has been going on the whole school year. My daughter didn't want to say anything due to being scared of getting beat up!!!!!! This girl is a bully and my daughter's counselor was already aware of the bullying issues During the school year (this is what my daughter tells me) and all my daughter gets is a "well let me know if it happens again and you can come sit in here if it makes you feel safe".... Are you for real!? I called the school today to make them aware that I will involve the police and the school if there is NO corrective action taken WHEN this happens again. The bullying issues were not ever to this extent when I attended Bonneville. Its truly sad and pathetic that adults are too afraid to actually take care of and stop bullying like they LOVE to advertise!!! Bonneville High School staff, you all should be very ashamed that you preach "no bullying allowed" but are too scared to actually STOP IT!!!!!!

He belittled and yelled at me the whole time. The second time I drove with him. We had a miscommunication about reverse. And he used one hour of my driving time to run a personal errand. While he drove. When he had me drive he belittled and yelled at me. Joseph frequently uses the students time to run personal errands. There was another instructor named Ben who was very kind and patient unfortunately there are not many driving times with him at the West Valley location. When I tried to report Joseph to the school. I don't know if he was disciplined. I think the school allows his bad behavior.
