At one point they did good work but ever since they hired their manager Dara Evans it has become a…read morenightmare. Their photographers often show up early or late with no notice. They refuse to ring the doorbell or even call you, so if you don't happen to be staring at the phone when they arrive to see a text, they will quickly leave and charge you a $40 no show fee that you never agreed to. It'll just show up one day on your credit card. If you explain they didn't show up on time Dara won't care. When they do show up, they will refuse to touch anything in the house, which includes turning a light switch on. Even if you provide a helper to move things for them, they will leave trash in the frame of the photos and not mention it to the helper, so you'll find a pile of trash in a random bedroom photo. To fix this they will want you to pay more. Some of their photos are from angles that actually shrink the rooms, which is something we have never encountered in over a decade in this industry as a real estate agent, attorney, and property owner. Dara is especially condescending and not the brightest, and will fail to understand most problems and will tell me my security cameras are somehow lying and that her photographer rang the doorbell anyways. You will get surprise fees charged to your account without your consent, and Dara will refuse to fix it and force you to contest these charges. They will make promises that they can fit a timeframe and then never fullfill it repeatedly. Their assigned photographer will say he's busy being a wedding DJ and can't make it for a number of days. They'll reassign you promising somebody else will do it before your stated deadline. That new person then either won't be able to or will not even be assigned before the deadline passes, forcing you to speak to the not so wonderful Dara again, who will do nothing about it and condescendingly blame you for it. Some of their photographers hate working for them so much they will try to get you to hire them outside of OBEO. They are HORRIFYINGLY INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

After we discussed several times before hiring that we were looking for Vacation Rentals AKA AirBnb, VRBO, Homeaway. The photos that we got were not at all standard for an AirBnb. In the end our owners were so distraught by the experience since they were present themselves guiding the photographer as to how to take photos for a vacation rental. On top he smelled of alcohol according to the Owner of the property, as well as that he was hurrying with the photos. We understand that it's the last house that someone has to take photos but when we purchase a package or service we expect that someone is going to be proficient on their job and be wanting to deliver a quality product. I am horribly disappointed and I can say that I can't believe that they would lie about having knowledge to do a Vacation Rental when the individual they sent out did not have any. They take great photos for MLS but not for vacations. Stick to your strength and thank you for making us loose out on a client. Will never utilize your service again.
