There are few things that's important to me while choosing my ideal apartment. Staff: Even though most of the time people don't need to deal with the leasing off staff besides paying the rent or getting their packages. But Issa and Lani are more than just the leasing office staff, they know which room that you live in, and they welcome you like how your family would do when you get back home. Most importantly I felt free to address any issue or problem I might have, and they are proactive so you don't need to keep following up with them. Cleanliness: Whether the apartment is clean or not is a big thing for me too. Especially the common area and the grass area. Grass is the easy spot to tell whether the apartment staff pay enough attention to keep it clean, especially for apartments that allow dogs. Well it should not be that way, but some dog parents just don't pick up their puppies poop. They always keep the grass clean, and if there's something messy or anything smells bad, they would clean it right away. I know that Traci works really hard to keep everything clean and she does check the building everyday to make sure everything is good. I was also impressed with how quick they are to get the work order done so that I don't have to wait. Last but not the least, if you don't know there are many people got their car broken into in this area. Some apartment might have cameras, but they don't really work sometimes, since most of the time people don't really check that while looking for an apartment. Season by far has the best security and access control that I know in town. All their cameras work. You get what you pay especially for a safe and comfortable place that you can call home. I cannot wait to move back to the seasons next week.

Trisha and her entire team have changed everything about 600 Lofts that was a major negative. Wade is the Maintenance guy and he is always quick and effective when fixing issues and his maintenance team take care of everything and always have a great attitude. Great location and the pricing is perfect for a downtown area. Close to Trax if you're going to the University of Utah, I highly recommend living here. I didn't recommend 600 Lofts but my opinion has changed due to the fantastic current management team!

To make matters worse, the leasing office sent me an explicit text message exactly one hour before the appointment saying they were excited to meet us. To confirm a meeting 60 minutes prior without even cross-referencing your actual unit inventory is gross incompetence. A half-hearted apology doesn't pay for transit costs or give me my time back. Avoid this place--if this is how they handle basic appointments for prospective clients, imagine how they treat actual residents who are locked into a lease.

There is 24 hour emergency support and the building is secured with key-code entry. I also appreciate the safety measures in place to protect the residents (frequent cleaning, limited residents in the elevator). As the previous reviewer mentioned, the amenities are impressive. The gym is well appointed and the rooftop is perfect for physically-distanced socializing. The building is clean (and smells clean!), and new. Apartments have lots of natural light and modern appeal. You can hardly hear other residents. I couldn't recommend this building any more.

Service requests? Good luck. You'll have to follow up multiple times just to get a basic repair acknowledged, let alone completed. Management is totally unresponsive unless you chase them down, and even then, you're unlikely to get any real help. For example, my AC was broken in the middle of summer--during a major heatwave--and it took four full weeks to get fixed. Their "solution" in the meantime? A tiny mobile AC unit that didn't even come close to cooling the room. When I asked for help--maybe a rent adjustment or compensation--they told me, "By law, that's all we're required to provide." No discount, no apology, just a shrug and a "not our problem" attitude. This place is a joke. They squeeze every dollar they can from tenants while offering the bare minimum in return. This property has gone downhill significantly under the new management…read more We went from a well-run property with excellent security and maintenance to what appears to be a cost-cutting operation. The previous security company was replaced, and since then I've seen far less effective enforcement of actual safety issues while residents seem to get plenty of attention for parking violations. There have been ongoing concerns with theft, vehicle break-ins, stolen motorcycles and bicycles, and homeless individuals sleeping and urinating in stairwells. Anyone considering living here should check recent crime data for the surrounding property and make their own assessment. Maintenance has also declined. We previously had an experienced, professional team that was replaced, and the difference is noticeable. The biggest issue is value. You're still paying premium prices, but the quality of management, security, and maintenance no longer feels premium. There are several newer options nearby. Personally, I would look at Hardware or other surrounding properties before choosing Post. My experience has been that this property was managed extremely well when it opened, but after the first year, cost-cutting appears to have taken priority over maintaining the original standard.
