It shows in how they treat their patients in every aspect of the business. I appreciated the friendly service from ALL of the staff, the kind expert dentists, and the super comfy dental chair. (I didn't know I even cared about the chair until I felt this one!) Dr. Hadley made me feel at ease and did an excellent job on my same-day crown and two small fillings. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them to everyone! My husband is also getting braces from them and Dr. Metcalf is one of the best! He and his whole staff are kind and considerate and always happy to see him when he gets there. It's evident the individuals at Summit Dental and Orthodontics care about people and chose dentistry/orthodontics to do their good in the world!

I decided to go back to a dentist I had previously been a patient of. I didn't mention my time at Summit. He told me I had no cavities. He also charged me half of what Summit charged for a fluoride treatment. In addition, Summit spent entirely too much time trying to talk me into braces. It felt a whole lot like they were trying to upsell me more than just take care of my teeth. I was not impressed. I will never go back. Looks like I'm not alone based on the other reviews here. Yikes.

It was exhausting! When I saw that this office was less than 10mins from my house I crossed my fingers! Our initial consultation was very direct and straight to the point, which I really appreciate. Dr Brett explained all of our options thoroughly, and left me (and my kid) feeling really confident in the next steps. Our first appointment went great, with a few fillings but we were home within an hour. Our second appointment today was quicker and easier! I can't say enough good things about Dr Brett right now. It is so refreshing to find a dentist that you know you can trust. We left today, and I think it's safe to say that we found our new dentist! Side note: The staff is also amazing!

The front staff was so friendly but I wish I could say the same for the dentist I saw. I came in with a very specific concern only to be brushed off multiple times and offered no real solution. He never introduced himself, didn't take a look at my X-rays until after the exam when I tried to bring up my concerns (the assistant even asked if he had seen them yet when he came in so early and he just gave a very abrupt "no," which she nervously laughed off), and barely gave me room for questions afterwards because he kept trying to walk off! The place was practically empty yet the appointment felt very rushed like he just wanted to get it over with. I left feeling very frustrated and dismissed. I had to look up on their website to see who I saw and I'm positive it was Dr. Brett. If you insist on going here, try booking with the other dentist.

It was technically a free consultation, but nothing about the visit felt "basic" or rushed. They took full X-rays and multiple photos -- everything needed to give the doctor a complete picture of where we actually stand, without guessing or skipping steps. I was genuinely impressed that the plan we discussed focused on preventative care rather than just what could bring the office more profit. The doctor took time to explain every option and made sure we understood what's best for long-term results, not just a quick fix. The office is spotless, modern, and very well organized. The staff are kind, professional, and make you feel comfortable right away. We'll be back next week for the next step in the process -- and it feels great to know we're working with a team that truly cares about the best outcome for their patients, not just the bottom line.
