The experience in November was good and so I scheduled something to get the remaining tooth I needed extracted taken care of. This office scheduled me and didn't even have an oral surgeon available at my appt. They instead, began trying to upsell me and completely wasted my time. I wish I would have changed insurance and not been so limited in options for providers because this company and all of the modern dentistry umbrella offices have only ever given me the feeling that they are more focused on saying what is necessary to get you in the door and focusing on up selling and charging as much as they can to the customers. I will only work with one provider in their office and missed a week of work to show I'm for the appt for literally nothing since the front desk scheduled me with someone who couldn't even do the procedure.
