He made great conversation, offered to help with our bags, shared some airport happenings, and was just all around an awesome individual. He really went above and beyond to help us. ++ When you fuel up with CB SkyShare they waive their ramp fee. A nice bonus since you know you'll be fuelling up before hitting the skies. ++ They have a really comfortable lounge that boasts ton's of refreshments for the weary traveler. ++ Plane side shuttle service? Yep! Derek was kind enough to bring our friends out to check out the plane and taxi us all back. ++ Traveling with your furry friend? Don't you worry, CB SkyShare is def a dog-friendly space. Derek regularly brings in his chocolate lab too! I know we'll be coming back to Ogden in the future, and def won't hesitate to leave our plane with CB SkyShare.

Ever since the acquisition everything has been a complete cluster. They screw up the most basic elementary things about aircraft management. They screw up ground transportation over and over again, they send you 15 emails asking for the same information. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing, they screw up the flight plans for the pilots. They screw up catering! Word in the Pilot Community is don't work for this company! They told all the legacy staff that there would be no changes with the acquisition and what did they do? Changed everything and of course all the legacy people quit. I have made my share of business acquisitions. First thing you do is CHANGE NOTHING until you figure out what you don't know! Great case study on how NOT to acquire a business.
