As stated, no driver showed up and we had to call to find out where the driver was. Long story short, "a" driver showed up an hour in a half late, the limo did not hold all 10 people like we were promised, and the air conditioning did not work. We couldn't go on the ride; it was dang hot inside the limo. We had to turn back and end the ride. It is now August, and we still haven't received our money back and they refuse to call back. We were going to go out celebrating, but the day of the event, when the driver was supposed to pick us up at 6pm, I had to contact Bella Limousine to let them know the driver had not shown up and it was almost 6:15pm. They then informed me that they were having driver issues and would need to find another driver. Had I not called, I don't think I would have ever been contacted or had anyone pick up our party. Finally, I get told that they found a new driver, but they wouldn't be able to pick us up until 7pm. At first I thought our issues would be resolved, when they offered a discount for all the issues that came up, but then the new driver didn't arrive until 7:30pm. On top of that, when we all got in the limo, there was not enough room for all ten of us, even though it was a ten-person limo. One person had to sit up front, defeating the purpose of the experience. As we started our ride, we discovered the AC did not work. It was hotter than it was outside on a 90 degree day. It was unbearable, so we had to turn back. This ride turned out to be less than 10 minutes for over 400 dollars. I have called and called Bella to reschedule the ride we never got but paid for, or even just to get our money back. Each time they say they will look into it and call me back. They never do!
