I ordered one of their guns and received it the day we left on vacation. We were gone for 11 days. We couldn't take the gun with us because they don't allow guns of any kind on Amtrak. When we came back to try the gun out, it didn't work, it wouldn't fill with air. We have proof of our travels, so they issued us a return and paid for the return. When we got the gun back the semi automatic wasn't working, which we took a video of. The would not paid for return shipping because they said the gun was tested and worked when they sent it out. They took it back, but we had to pay for the return shipping and when they refunded our money they deducted the shipping charge for sending it. Don't do business with these people. There customer service seems great, but not really. read more

Was in Utah for my first time from Washington state on a road trip. Wanted to check out Utah Airguns on my trip. Everyone there was great and I was getting a little range time with my Impact Mark2 after having the power plenum upgrade a couple weeks ago. Something just wasn't working right in the range and the owner Justin just happened to walk in at that same time. He was super helpful and took the time to get my Impact working right which ended up being a couple hours, and thanks to my wonderful girlfriend Cassandra for being so patient ;-) It's always great when you visit a business and the owner and employees care so much to make sure their customers are happy. I bought a Emperor V3 moderator and a Max A91 adapter. When I asked how much the shipping is, they told me it's $15.58 via USPS. As I needed the items urgently, they said it can be sent by Fedex for $30.00 which I agreed and they had confirmed the total amount charged were the items plus the Fedex charges. However, when they sent me the receipt , I was charged an additional $15.58 shipping charge on top of what I had already for the Fedex charge. Thingking that it was a mistake I called the company and explained that I was charged twice for shipping and handling. They refused to refund the additional $15.58 even though they had already charged me for the Fedex shipping. This is absolutely not acceptable! Basically the company is cheating the customer when the sale was finalized with one shipping charge. I have never heard of a company charging customers twice, one for regular shipping and another additional charge for expedited shipping. As far I know all companies either charge regular or expedited shipping and handling charge not both! No wonder I see this company got so many one star only reviews. Never buy anything from this company again! read more

The Taipan Veteran I bought through Travis at Utah Airguns was leaking a small amount of air six months after I purchased it. I called Travis and he helped me to find the leak and asked their tech, Josh, to call me to answer some questions I had about replacing the o-ring (extra o-rings were provided with the gun when I bought it). Travis also volunteered that they would take the gun back and do warranty repairs to fix it at their shop if I could not fix it myself. It's a well-designed gun and was a simple fix to replace the leaking o-ring, but the reason I decided to write this review is that, when he did not hear from me after a few days, Travis called me back to see if I had fixed the gun, rather than ignoring or forgetting about his one-time customer from 6 months prior who lives in another state. So, I wanted to thank Travis and Josh for being stand up guys, and let anyone reading this who is wondering about buying from Utah Airguns know that you'll be taken care of after the sale, even if you are out of state. read more

Once again Utah Airgun's service comes shining through. I purchased an air rifle through them last year and my experience was awesome. From the initial transaction to the tune they put on the rifle prior to shipping, to the promptness of delivery they are spot on. Yesterday I received a shipment from them that was the wrong item. I was fretting because I absolutely needed this part to compete in a long range shoot on Friday (today is Tuesday) They're overnighting the item I need no questions asked along with a convenient return tag for the wrong item. I have been using Utah Airguns for over 4 years. I have always had great service and response. I will continue to use them in the future. I have purchased 3 FXs from them and have one more on preorder. When they mount the scope and tune gun it is super accurate right out of the box. with nice tight groups. I had been researching air rifles for quite a while. Once I narrowed it down, the next step was to handle and shoot them. Locating a quality and dedicated air rifle shop with an indoor range was a little more difficult. Especially in California. I located Utah Airguns online and decided to make the drive to Utah. When I walked in the store after 750miles I was greeted by Travis. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, as were all the staff. I was able to handle and shoot the air rifles I was interested in and surprised myself by choosing the one that I thought I wouldn't like. I was on a motorcycle, so they shipped the items to my home back in California. Another employee saw that I was on a motorcycle and gave me directions to a great ride in the mountains nearby.
