DLC responded quickly with an estimate, and after asking friends about it I was told it was a good deal. So I responded that I would like to use their service and an email was sent with a link to pay, which made it a breeze, and set up a weekly appointment during this rainy month of May. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. I will put up pictures when the lawn looks a little better, because I'd tried to use an electric mower that wouldn't adjust properly so some spots are awful. Anyway, great job, guys! Seriously, I appreciate your hard work.

After waterproofing didn't help, we contacted Manu at Grow Earth to see if leveling the yard would help with the problem. He came out to survey and gave suggestions and started to plan. Our project was delayed due to city work on our block but the team at Grow Earth was able to come out right before the first snow and get things squared away. They were quick, respectful of our property, and cleaned as they went. Manu kept us informed of the progress and checked in to see if we had questions or concerns. The completed backyard is beautiful work and we have had no water problems since the install. They were reasonably priced, professional and easy to work with. We were treated like family and were given honest advice. We are so pleased with the outcome and highly recommended them for your landscaping needs.

They were able to quote very quickly, and since our back yard was unusable (all dirt!) after another construction project, they fit us in quickly so we could get back to enjoying the results. The project hit a few hiccups - namely a massive buried tree stump and the need to lay some drainage after discovering water pooling - but Manu and his team were able to accommodate and adjust to keep things moving. Finally, the end result looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier with it!

Then two days later texted if they could come Friday which i agreed. A no show... then very late in the afternoon texted they had a family emergency could they come Saturday. Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. Like i said...Buyer beware, terrible customer service...do you want to ever deal with a company who would rather throw insults than to solve problems. We scheduled our appointment via their website and had a quick home consultation where we told him what we would ideally like done. I found it to be incredibly reasonable so we decided to move forward with the job. They are booked pretty heavily so it took a couple of weeks for our appointment but they showed up and worked efficiently to finish the job neatly and thoroughly. Our garden looks amazing and they did a great job pulling all those pesky weeds in our rock beds that had been causing me grief (and back pain!) over the spring and summer. I'm so happy with how it all looks. I can't stop marveling at our very cute yard now! And my plants seem way happier now that we've got the mulch around them as well. Will definitely keep them in mind for any future jobs we may need.

I refuse to pay him the insane amount of money until he racked the cut grass up. He constantly stated that his business partner had his zero degree lawnmower around the corner on another job. That made no sense to me, I'm thinking you and your partner should be doing jobs together if you're sharing equipment. So he had no lawnmower to go over the cut grass to make the lawn look even. He finally agreed to rake the cut grass from my lawn but did a half job saying that he was hot and tired. I paid him because this is my home and I don't need no problems at home from nobody. I have two lots of backyard yard space that he attempted to make even cut with weed wacker! I wasn't gonna make a review at all but I still have to rake my grass and finish what he was paid to do!
