I am always getting someone else's mail other people are always getting mine and packages that don't get put into the parcel boxes get left in front of the wrong apartments. Then I actually had the mail delivery guy tell me before he doesn't pick up return mail and to just trash it so that means when I leave a letter in the mailbox to get taken to be sent to my mom for example it gets tossed since he doesn't go through it and tosses anything in the mail box. Like do your job right or get another one. Then he left me a note calling me lazy and to throw away my trash and not leave it in the parcel box and he shoved all my garage from my neighbors boxes that was left out into my box well I had words for him since I never leave trash and Throw away my own garage and how could he have even know it was me he didn't see me do anything. I have ordered business cards, seminar packet, name tags, Key chains and license plate holders. I have dealt with Caroline and she always ensures she gets the job right the first time and she's always on time with the estimate that she gives me. Now, I will say it's like everywhere else you go you have to stand and wait in line for your turn. Sometimes you're lucky and no one's there and other times there's five people in front of you but that's just business that happens at every store everywhere.

Amazon told me to put them in a brown box without any previous shipping labels which I did.. I brought them to this UPS store and they told me that they couldn't use the box that they were in that it needed to go into another box which I've never heard of because I've mailed tons of stuff back to Amazon and never once had a problem. My items were packed in a brown box with no shipping labels sealed with tape they refuse to help me do anything made me go all the way home to get another box not to mention I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to come out of the bathroom to speak with her, and she was very rude. The employees were large Caroline who stayed in the bathroom for 20+ minutes and Donald who informed me he didn't care about reviews cause he worked here 6 years and large Caroline 20 years and I see why they have such a low rating and many complaints , it obviously does no good but I'll finish my story anyway , so I go home get another box to combine my already packaged boxes in and get to the counter and Donald says because the end of the box wasn't taped well I had to buy a roll of tape, he refused to just put a small piece of tape on the box . He charged me $4.25 for a roll of tape for a small tiny peace or refused to mail my item, I usually use the UPS on Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville and the girls there are so helpful and accommodating , I can't believe the difference in the 2 stores . I'm not tech savvy and the girls at the other place are amazing. I've never had a problem returning anything from Amazon in any of the boxes and if I have something not right, they jump right in and help you in fact, I'm gonna leave them a great review after this because I'd much rather write a good review!
