Absolute rudest customer service!!!attempted to get information on a government piece of mail that the embassy provided a tracking # for and she wouldn't help. Ripped off a piece of paper from a notepad and said she'd have someone reach out to me.. that was almost a week ago.. she probably just threw it's way honestly.. it sickens me that I'll have to even go back up there but it's attached to my address so I have no choice. Absolutely rude and unprofessional customer service. My package was miss sent twice during closed business hours and was last scanned at this post office. The service representative would not even take my tracking information. She told me to leave my contact information to receive a phone call but no guarantee I would receive a call back today. My package has been showing up as miss sent since January 18th. Very disappointed. read more

This tends to be a busy office. I've been living in this area for over a decade with this being my servicing Post Office. Each time I've had to come here, to pick up or drop off a package for example, the place almost always has a long line. Long lines be that as it may, they tend to move along fairly briskly. The staff is usually up beat and welcoming. This facility has your flair of P.O. boxes if you're in need as well as limited packing materials if you need to tighten up that package for mailing. A couple of drive up mail boxes are outside if you just need to mail off that letter. Thanks Post Office for all the hard work you do for us. read more

I rated this 1-star because it's the lowest rating because if it really was 1-star that would be a 1000% percent increase. During the last two years they've gotten progressively worse at delivering packages. One was marked as delivered but not to my door. I caught the driver just a couple minutes later and he couldn't remember where he left it but he and the folks at the post office assured me it wasn't in the truck but they wouldn't check. About a week later I ordered a replacement for the above lost package and they misdelivered it also because again it wasn't at my door like the notice said. I went running around the neighborhood trying to find the mail truck or package. Fortunately I have honest neighbors and she found me and gave me my package and thanked profusely for it. They even lost a piece of registered mail someone sent me. I don't know who it was because even that information wasn't on my dashboard. Since then I've tried to use anyone else for package deliveries because I just can't trust them. Former 19th century postmaster from Mississippi William Faulkner would be proud because he used to purposely throw people's in the trash behind the post office because he felt they didn't deserve it, he was later fired and then became a famous writer. These letter carriers at Turnberry can't read much less write so they'll never be that lucky.!!!! read more

They lost my package. It says delivered and nothing ever came in the mail. I kept calling and it's like no one even cares.

I prefer not to be raked across the coals or humiliated and embarrassed like a two-year-old every time I go in to pick up my held mail. I get berated and spoken to in a rude tone by a woman who works there, who until this day does not wear a name tag, I'm assuming she is a supervisor of some kind, she continues to tell me that I need to get a post office box instead of having my mail held because I am getting a free service that other people pay for. I'm out of town 9 months a year out of 12, and I cannot change my address to a PO Box because the correspondence I received will not accept a PO Box. These are actual paychecks, the reason I am out of town in the first place. They will not send these checks to a PO Box. I would appreciate it if the employee who works there, who was there today wearing a red sweater and again with no name tag which is simply hand me my mail, say thank you or have a nice day and move on. The entire post office of customers and clients, were frozen in their tracks all staring while this lady berated me and told me that I was getting a free service other people paid for by not having a PO Box. There are some instances where a PO Box does not work for the customer. I would appreciate it if this woman was simply hand me my mail and go on about her day. I feel sorry for her if she hates her job, or thinks it is important to tell me that I am a problem to her. She told me that I have my mail held too often and that they are starting to notice. I have no idea who "they" are. I have no trouble in this post office with anyone other than this singular employee. So this day I have not been able to find out her name because again, as I have said she will not wear a name tag. I am sure she has been complained on in the past. I guess I wouldn't wear a name tag either . I wish I knew how to get in touch with someone who could speak with her and tell her that that's just not any way to talk to someone. . I even had another customer from the post office follow me to my car, and make a comment that that was no way for her to talk to me.!! It was easier to just walk away than it was to lower myself to her level. There are lots of people out there right now that are unemployed they would love to have a good job like hers. It's too bad they keep someone so bitter and angry employed, when other people would love to have that job. And would probably never speak to a stranger, or a customer in that tone. The reason I started the hold mail service was because the carrier had shoved three times the amount of mail that would fit in my box, it's spilled out of my box and into the mud and rain. 50% of the mail that comes to my home is not even mine, it is someone who lived at the address previously, I have been told that the magazines and catalogs cannot be stopped by the post office so my mailbox is over run everyday if I do not have my mail held. I cannot afford for my paychecks to be in the mud soaking wet, it took me 90 days to get those checks replaced the last time there was an incident. I can promise you this rude employee you would not want to wait 90 days for her paycheck. I would actually like a response to my review here on Yelp, I would like for even one person from the postmaster General's office to call me or contact me in some way. Worst post office!! I had a package that was to be delivered and when the tracking said that it was undeliverable I went in to ask if I could just pick it up. They stated that it was apparently on the mail truck and would be delivered to me the next day. Well, no package on the next day so I went in again and they again said that it was on the truck and would let me know what the deal was when out mailman returned. Well, it is well past closing and my package is now in a different city. Explain that one. read more

Horrible on delivery! I had a letter that I needed to sign for that came on a Tues. They left the orange paper in box and I filled out and put back in box requesting it be redelivered and put in a certain spot. I signed the paper as well. Next day NOTHING, Thursday NOTHING, Friday NOTHING. I was home ALL day Saturday in my living room doing computer work but supposedly there was an attempt to reach me to sign the package. FUNNY as my dog didn't bark as she does if someone is even close to the house, there was no knock at the door, AND there was no ringing of my doorbell! On Tuesday I went to the mailbox and guess what was in there??? Another redelivery paper that says they missed me on Saturday! This post office is crap when you call the phone it's always busy. (Called 20 times and always busy). They delivered our package to the wrong address and told use we needed to fill out some forms to get the money back for the product. Too damn lazy to get our package back when the manager told use they miss delivered it. (GPS tracking when they scan packages). Called complaint line and they keep calling and giving us excuses and run around, then close our case. We were told to contact person we ordered item from and see if they can send a new one...NOT ACCEPTABLE... We were told they are protected by laws and they didn't care.... US Postal Service wonders why the are loosing money, that's because no one wants to send anything using there services..... read more

Made an appointment over two weeks ago for my 9month olds passport. We had our entire day planned around this appointment just to arrive to the post office and the person said there was no one there to do the passport. When I asked if she called to let us know she said she tried calling. I checked my cell and my husbands cell and there were no missed calls. We live 30 min away had 4 children under 8 with us, and used the shuttle service from our dealership and made this appointment to coincide with getting our vehicle serviced... Not only were we completely brushed aside, the service people behind the counter were rude and we were lied to as well. This is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. read more
