I found this unbelievable as in a city with such a high violent crime rate that any grant money should be spent on keeping citizens safe rather than trying to generate income with stops for no front plate. But again this stop was because this officer saw a young black man in a nice car and thought I had drugs in the car.

Just a heads-up: when you come in, you'll go through security. They will frisk you and let you know what items aren't allowed inside. Keep that in mind so you're not caught off guard.
