Service Request# 54240711 over which I was worried. She was consistently pleasant, considerate, and  well-spoken. Use her wisely; she's a gem. She was knowledgeable about my situation and  understood the genuine value of excellent customer  service. She promptly addressed each of my inquiries and provided me with the knowledge I required. She showed me that she was listening to what I had to say. She was effective and supportive. The assistance I received was timely and exceptional. I had a good experience. The overall encounter left me feeling good.I hope her work to the USPS is acknowledged and recognized. I honestly believe that USPS is dedicated to providing their customers with the highest caliber of customer service. An act to satisfy, if not delight, its customers. I was thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience. Special thanks, Ms. Davis. Respectfully Submitted Glenda H. It's not the best, but it's not the worst…read more Pros-never a line, ample parking, convenient drive through mail drop off right on Carrollton. I acquired my U.S. Passport at this location, which was more convenient than going downtown. Cons-they never have the "fun" stamps (Marvin Gaye, Mister Rodgers, John Lennon, Christmas), the service tends to be a bit gruff, the building itself, materials-pads, mats, railings, glass doors, tile work is all in DISREPAIR. I can imagine how excited I would be coming to work in a dump like that everyday. No wonder the clerks are grumpy! So next time you swing by, remember what my momma said, "Don't expect anything and you'll never be disappointed."

Heck, it ain't easy delivering the mail. Fortunately the term "going postal" has vanished from our…read morevocabulary. Let's face it, these teams (and if you've ever seen how people address the mail!!!). You have to call in the postal inspection service just to determine where a letter is going. All I hear is UPS this and FedEx that! I deal with lots of "friends" that deal with lots of mail. As of today UPS is "trading at $112" and has a market value of $96,460,000 DOLLARS . Like I told "the postmaster". The USPS does in 3 days what it takes UPS ALL YEAR LONG to accomplish. So if you want to have faith in your country and veterans, use the postal service. Technically they provide x the service of UPS (and would be VALUED BY WALL STREET 100x more than UPS). Most calculators can't even display the value, but it crushes the Dow 3x over!!! As a matter of fact, ANYBODY can do ANYTHING if given enough time. But these dedicated souls are put to "the test" everyday. My pal that lays the fiber for the Internet in this city told me "to hell with FedEx" -they lost an overnight part we needed and delayed the infrastructure of our project by 2 weeks!!! And what FedEx take A YEAR TO DO (drinking Margaritas on the beach & acting in movies like "castaway", the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE gets accomplished in less than a day. So appreciate your postal carrier, keep your dog locked up, reward your carrier the best you can! (If you are INTO yoga & Pilates, don't even try to keep up walking with them, as they are trained to function with reduced oxygen at the top of Everest and they will embarrass an Argentinian soccer team. Just look at the size of their legs and be warned that one would rather be "kicked" by a Budweiser Clydesdale at a Mardi Gras parade! Many carriers have spent time in the "Hanoi Hilton", locked in a hole inside Bangladesh just for being labeled as an American (hence they usually are lacking in tattoos and are forced to bottle up that anger). So please FORGIVE your dedicated carriers that would be rescuing the animals burning alive while our fire department sits back and volunteers. (Volunteers to call State Farm because they were photographing the action to place on their "fiery web site" looking for a pat on the back. Like a buddy told me, I have to work in Orleans. Do you know when the last time there was a fire [of any type] in Jefferson Parish? Very Rarely...We can be certain to get (at least one) every night, and we assist the NOPD "when they roll as well" As public servants, my firehouse is having a crawfish boil while Orleans is trying to sell hot dogs out of the station on Decatur/HQ for $3/ea. to raise money. So please, just stop "beating up/bullying/harassing/taking pot shots" at MY mail carrier (that will make Leslie Jones look like a dead clown ) and let's start giving credit where it is due!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE & GOD BLESS AMERICA!! Our postmaster is doing the best job with what he has to work with. CIf you wanna just win the lotto and tell your postal boss off, the US government is offering a rather LARGE PRIZE for anybody that can discover a method of detecting "very small" amounts of Fentanyl being mailed to the U.S. from abroad. I think the "TARS" method might be useful (Tear open And Re-Seal) if the package is from Asia and headed to the U.S. I would like to believe this "duty" could be executed by our prisoners. Personally I think we should have the CIA locate the source by doing a test run, and then do "what our enemies are best at-asymmetric warfare". If we gave Ted Kaczynski a government lab with free reign (a little bit of leash) and a few of those Fentanyl providers listed on the deep web, we could stop the burials of an American generation within a week. All we need is a presidential pardon, reparations to enemies (domestic, to hell with the foreign) and a secret program to deal with it. It is a message delivered by R2D2 straight out of Star Wars...Help us Director Haskell, you're our only hope!!! It's very difficult to murder more Americans than practically ALL wars combined, when you get a package that blows you apart. But hey, you never heard any of that stuff here, right??? What happens when some congressman has to attend a funeral because the Vicodin was repressed with that Chinese cut???

I went in with the package to be returned. I could not figure out how to do the self service so…read morewent inside. I expected it to be extremely busy for the number of cars outside, but I was the second person in line. The other long line was for identification Services. Very easy process to return a package if you have downloaded your QR code.
