I've had my PO box linked to my business account and now have a loose $600 order in limbo because they refused to accept the Mail Return. In the time my box has been "terminated" I've pulled up and received mail, it wasn't until I had a box lost that they told me I don't have a PO Box with them anymore. The same information I brought to UPS for a PO Box I also brought to USPS and was able to open a PO Box in 3 minutes. Do not waste your time here, i've spent hours at this point dealing with this situation. I also wasn't refunded. I will never use UPS again after this.

It is a library - yet they have more just 'archaic books on a shelf'. They have a growing computer lab, 60+ computers last I checked. With these computer labs, come various computer classes from the elderly to coding for children. They have a children's section and a pre-teen section so you don't have to run around looking for books that you might enjoy. The children's section is actually behind an extra set of doors for added security. There are secluded study rooms, numerous audio books and the latest DVDs that the library receives all the time. No reason to use a Redbox when this library has the latest and greatest movies. This library has also kept up with technology. You can reserve your items online, and then you will receive an e-mail once it comes in and they will hold it for you. Not only that, but say you want a book that they don't have; simply request it online via their 'order form.' I have actually done this needing a certain study guide. The book came in a few weeks later, and I received an e-mail stating it was ready for pickup. Couldn't ask for more - all for 'free'.

Its painful to sit there on those hard friggen benches and listen to the exact same questions being asked to everyone. The only thing that was a good thing was that you just had to call a number each evening to find out if you had to appear the next day.
