Ordered some chicken wings and fries as an appetizer before heading to dinner. Chicken was cooked well and had a nice crisp. I would not recommend the lemon pepper if you're expecting a rub like in the States. These had a much more authentic lemon flavor and little pepper. Loved the selection of beer, especially the Hazy.

The other customers were locals and judging by their interactions with the staff, plainly regulars. There was a small bar and about a dozen tables with a mix of Spanish and English music playing. The selection of liquor was good, and beer and wine choices weee excellent. The fresh meat and fish food ingredients were on display in refrigerated, glass cases on the bar top. The bartender was personable and went out of her way to connect me to the internet and a menu in English. I ordered the fried squid tentacles with a liter of the local draft beer, Estrella Damm, and finished with a Jack Daniels on the rocks. The price was very reasonable and much less than I would have expected. It was a great experience!

Sweet goat cheese: Excellent! A hunk of tasty goat cheese with a sweet sauce served over greens. A must have! Patatas bravas: Very good! Cooked perfectly and the garlic aioli and tomato sauce really brought it home. "Franky" fried chicken: Well fried slices of chicken. Honestly this one is odd since there is no other flavors besides a dipping sauce. It tastes good but isn't interesting or unique. Lemonade: Very refreshing.

We ordered Spanish tapas staples: croquettes, patatas bravas, pan con tomate, jamon, pimientos del padron and calamari. We ended up ordering a second round of the patatas and croquettes, so those seemed the most popular with my group. The service was good and the prices were reasonable. It fit the bill for a low-key, light meal with friends to relax and prep for the next day. It was a solid enough experience that I took their card so we could remember the place for our next trip. Thanks Yelp for another international winner :)

We spent the morning walking and stumbled upon this area with plenty of nice café's and after…read morelooking at menus, we opted for this one. The décor here was beautiful and the manager was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately, he sat us at a table with a not-so-good waiter. It took forever for our server to arrive (which we've been experiencing here, so we thought it was the usual) and when he did, he wasn't helpful at all. We had questions about the menu, how things we cooked, seasoning, etc. He said he didn't speak English and wasn't helpful in communicating with me in any form I tried to use to communicate with him. We placed an order for a few items and then waited... and waited... and waited. Eventually the bao bun we ordered showed up, but it was only one. Same thing with the croquettes, after waiting 20 more minutes after the Bao Bun, one of each of the 2 flavors we ordered came. E never informed us that we were buying only one of each of these things, so as upset and still hungry we were we asked for the check. He said OK and walked away. I ended up flagging down the manager who brought the check and when I told him what had happened, he apologized repeatedly and took our drinks off the bill, which was very nice of him. We can say that the food we did get was excellent! Very flavorful and fresh. We wish there was more, we would have ordered more if he had informed us properly.
