I was receiving oral meds as well as infusion therapy treatment. In June 2023, McLaren Hospital decided to close the pain management center, without reason. The hospital gave the patients very little notice only to be seen for med refill one last time. I wish I was able to stay under Sam Morkos' care. He was attentive and answered my questions. He was never rushed and has compassion for his patients. I would have liked to have been his patient for much longer. Under his care, I had a new hope that I had not known before, for the management of my condition. One of my biggest fears is that one day the pain will be terrible and Dr Flora will be retired. His receptionist, Debby, has been there as long as I can remember, She is fantastic at her job as well. Keeps this Busy Office running smoothly and knows exactly how to deal with insurance companies. You rarely have to wait over 2-3 minutes to get called back to a room. When I called to cancel the receptionist immediately had an attitude and tried to talk me out of it even when I informed her that this came from my primary doctor. I then had to have my daughter advocate for me because she was not excepting my instructions to cancel the services. Mind you this is all I needed to do. She then told my daughter that the hospitals and doctors don't understand what they do. And that my daughter just wanted me to take medication I don't need. Her tone was so rude during all of this and unnecessary for what I wanted and needed to do. My daughter then asked to speak to the office manager after this was stated and the lady on the phone said she was the office manager and still proceeded to try and convince us not to cancel the services with the worst attitude. My daughter finally had enough of her and told her she wanted the service canceled and whatever balance that was on file needed to be refunded. This is beyond ridiculous and very unprofessional. Who ever this office manager lady is should be fired and should not be telling someone what is best for them. I don't know if she thought she was a doctor today but The owners of this establishment really need to send her back to training.

Went to a few chiropractors in the area did nothing. All of this was within a year. I went to Simmons Specific Chiropractic because of all the good things I have heard . After X-rays and a discussion he addressed the issue using the Advanced Hole-in-One (HIO) Knee Chest technique. It took a few visits but finally I was feeling so much better. I kept at it because I knew it would go away using his techniques, after 6 months I had no more nerve pain! I felt so good, I kept going because of the awesome care his office and Dr. Simmons provides. By far the best experience I have ever had through anyone with chiropractic and physical therapy.
