His assistant told me to leave the room. HA! I told him he's an a--. I can't believe he reacted with such anger. When we checked out the receptionist told me I was not allowed to come back. I had a follow-up appointment in 6 months. I took time off from work and when I arrived I was told there was no record of my appointment, the computers had gone down had erased them. I would need to reschedule. What kind of management is this? My time is important and when I rearrange my schedule to fit theirs I expect them to have respect for my time.
