They had one employee running all the rooms and trying to play the live actor and check in new clients all while trying to give us our clues. We did not have a live actor warden who was supposed to catch us breaking out of the jail cell. We didn't have that experience. It took about 15 minutes to get a clue when we were stuck which wasted a lot of our hour. The clues did not make any sense and did not lead us to the next step. There was no rhyme or reason to solving this room. We tried to let the manager know that we were unhappy with our visit as well as the group that came out of another room a few minutes after we did. The staff was not helpful and did not want to try to make our experience any better. We didn't even bother showing up for our free escape room that evening because the last hour had already been so bad. My whole family left in a sour mood and it ruined our day. We will never be back. But we did find The Greatest Escape Room in downtown Tampa was great and we had a blast in their rooms.

I arrived at 7:20 to learn that the line was two blocks long to the corner and around the block several blocks down. They had "OVERSOLD" the show and couldn't accommodate everyone. They moved the showtime to 9:00 pm OUTSiDE. People pay sitters to attend a show. They calculate when they will be out of the show to go to work, care for a child or sick relative. People with certain disabilities don't buy co very ticket outdoors for a reason. This venue just changed all of this last minute without notice. I will never buy tickets for a show at this venue. Shame on you Orpheus. I expect a full refund.

The flautist has at six different flutes in this show. Each one sounds different. I like the long flute sound. It was amazing. The Indian clay pot player has lighting speed for drumming the pot. The sound was out of this world. If you miss them you can catch them on other tour city. The surprise come from the dancer with Indian traditional dance. She is from Poland. Her move just like typical Indian.
