The rooftop is perfect to mingle with a spectacular view of Armature works, Hillsborough River and the downtown skyline. I'm not sure if each client individually gets to choose the caterer or if it is standard when planning the event but the catering was phenomenal. I unfortunately did not get the name of who was servicing the event but the walk around appetizers and finger foods, the huge array of cheeses and meats for the charcuterie board and the buffet dinner were really good. The drinks were also flowing, service was very friendly. Inside is a well air conditioned meeting space with a projector and a decent amount of chairs. The restroom is conveniently located for both the rooftop and conference area. If you're looking to hold a small to medium-sized professional event, this is an excellent location, I hope I get invited to another one again soon.

Watching the sunset over the river was breathtaking. The farmed areas were a wonderful addition as well. There are elevators to take you to this rooftop area and plenty of nearby parking. From the…read moremoment you walk in, you're surrounded by beautiful architecture, books, unique gifts, fresh flowers, and one of the prettiest dining spaces in Tampa. The atmosphere is elegant without feeling stuffy, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed. It's the kind of place where you can spend hours browsing the bookstore, enjoying a coffee, or lingering over brunch with friends. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and every detail--from the service to the ambiance--made the visit feel special. Even if you aren't planning to eat, it's worth stopping in just to explore the shop and soak in the atmosphere. My only recommendation is to make a reservation if you're planning to dine, especially on weekends, because it's popular for good reason. Oxford Exchange isn't just a restaurant--it's an experience, and it's one of my favorite places to bring visitors who want to see one of Tampa's most unique gems.

This place went downhill. The classic high tea for $44 is outrageous. Nothing classic about it…read more They give you a sandwich with a mini hamburger bun, the scones aren't traditional at all and taste like blueberry cake batter. It's way way way overpriced for what it is. I asked the server if the tea was loose leaf and she said yes so I asked for more hot water. So she brings a pot of hot water. Turns out the teapot didn't have any tea in it so the staff just don't think. The server tried to take the order by memory and then she couldn't so I had to repeat the entire order so she could write it down. Then she still forgot to add a main course, so that came out late. When I was working in a restaurant I would have at least offered to pay for the coffees because of that kind of mistake. I asked another server for the bill. Instead of walking 5 ft to the till he wonders around the entire restaurant trying to find our server. I just don't get it. It would have saved myself and him time. Everything is just way overpriced for what it is. Nothing blew us away and there isn't anything we couldn't make at home for a fraction of the price and better. We have been to this place before but it will have to take a lot to convince me to try this place again.
