I would give them 0 stars, if I could. My most recent experience with this office was very disapointing.
I had an appointment with this office on a Friday afternoon, at 2.30 for which I arrived on time. Because the building, or at least the entrance I used doesn't have a disabled ramp, I had to carry my stroller with my baby up the stairs by myself. Really??? Anyway, I was asked by the security officer at the front desk to wait. I have traveled overseas with my pet before and, when obtaining the necessary paperwork from this office I usually had to wait, sometimes even 30, 40 minutes before I was seen by someone, so I was not surprised. He tried to contact the office, but got their voicemail. About 15 min later, another security officer escorted me to the office, which was empty, with the lights out. Both security officers were surprised, but advised me to continue to wait, since I had an appointment with the office and told me that probably someone would eventually show up. After waiting over 30 minutes, I was told by the security officer not to wait anymore, because most likely nobody would see me that afternoon.
So I drove back home in the Friday afternoon traffic, without achieving anything and feeling like an idiot. I would have expected someone from this office to have the decency to contact me and reschedule before starting their weekend early. And now I would have to call them again and try to make an appointment and drive there, again, like all my other vacation preparations are not stressful and time-consuming enough.
So, in conclusion, the personnel in this office, aside from working at their leisure, on the tax payer's dime, lacks respect and professionalism. read more
