They fixed my phone in just 15 minutes. Great pricing & Professional techs at this place, they know…read morewhat they're doing.

If you want to hear a great story, keep reading. This is going to be a long one... HA! This place…read moreis an absolute joke. They have EXCUSES FOR EVERYTHING. Went in to get my battery replaced, on my iPhone 6s Plus was first told 60$ then 50$ and the 80$ LOL, a battery costs 20-30$ period, and they spend 20-30mins replacing it or 'labor' they pocket the rest I'm sure. It's a different price every time you walk in there. Anyways immediately after the battery replacement there were several pressure points in my screen. I turned around and went back into the store to be told my LCD was 'scratched' and now that the screen had been opened there is air in my screen and told me it wouldn't get worse but the only way to fix it was by getting a new screen. LOL, being naive and having a refurbished phone I shrugged it off. That night (I work off my phone) I noticed the pressure points were getting WORSE with use. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what a pressure point is and how it is caused. It is VERY different from a 'scratch' or 'defective' screen. I went in the next morning. The corner of my screen was raised higher and he claimed he 'couldn't tell at all' that I'm 'just being OCD'. However after arguing with this man for 10 mins of him claiming the battery and the screen having nothing to do with each other, he opened it back up and immediately after he lifted the screen the pressure points WERE GONE. THE BATTERY THAT WAS INSTALLED WAS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED AND WAS NOT FLUSH WITH THE REST OF THE PHONE. The corner was sticking up and causing the LCD to spazz out. He simply scratched off some tape out of the corner not bothering to reinstall the battery, and loosely screwed my screws back in and sent me on my way. THIS IS THE GOOD PART, later that evening my phone started freaking out, glitching, battery was jumping from 50-1-68-100-34% and then it was put into a reboot loop leaving my phone worthless. I knew immediately it was the battery. The same day I waltzed back in PISSED, I was NOT HAPPY, and I was not going to listen to them tell me 'it's because it's refurbished' one more time. I demanded he fix it he claimed it's not the battery and he'd open it up to PROVE it to me. He puts in a new battery and immediately could tell that my battery was melting, he started smelling it, but after he put the new one in imagine that, my phone started working. The battery %age was still glitchy but I was ready to get out of there I didn't care at that point I've had it with these people. The second I got into my car, it started rebooting over and over again. They know NOTHING. So I take my phone into an Apple specialist (what I should've done firstly) and when he opened my phone and removed the battery there were pieces from the old one MELTED ONTO MY BACKPLATE. He said your phone started glitching and rebooting and it's a good thing it did because your battery literally could've turned into a mini explosive and blown up. IT MESSED UP MY ENTIRE PHONE. THE INCORRECTLY INSTALLED BATTERY BROKE MY PHONE, it over heated almost catching fire, and ruined a 400$ phone. I have a warranty and the Apple Specialist worked his magic and actually gave me a new iPhone because he could tell just HOW much of an inconvenience it was for me. If you need anything replaced go to a REAL store, otherwise you're literally risking your entire phone, let alone (not to be dramatic) but your life, my phone could've blown up while I was on it, & that's terrifying to think about. Throughout all of this I never once received an apology even AFTER he acknowledged I received a 'defective' battery. The entire time it was 'oh, you have a refurbished phone that's why' or 'ma'am there is nothing I can do' or 'the battery and the screen have nothing to with each other' each time it was just another excuse. OWN UP. THE GUY WHO REPLACED MY BATTERY WAS TELLING ME EVERY PHONE HE TOUCHED HE BROKE WHEN HE STARTED. DO YOU THINK ANYONE WANTS TO HEAR THAT WHEN THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR 400$+ PHONE?!?
