Rip Off! Charging $2 Less for damaged used games than the game would cost brand new. Refuses to match local competitor prices when competitors match their price. Game trade prices are low... just doesn't seem like they care to have customers or keep them coming. It felt like I inconvenienced them when my kids and I walked in the store!
