Went in to switch from ATT and came out not even knowing what the guy was talking about. My husband asked me when we came out of the store if I understood what the guy was saying and I said no idea. Seemed to us that the deals they were advertising were certainly not what we were going to get. I had a great experience with the worker Jeremy today, 9-20-24. I came in looking to upgrade my phone as well as switch over to us cellular, not only did jeremy get me switched over, he got me my upgrade AT A WAY LOWER RATE THAN MY ORIGINAL SERVICE PROVIDER COULD HAVE!!! I can not say enough about jeremy,as well as his helper Alex. Truly 2 great workers and I am very grateful he was able to assist me and save me some cash in the meantime. read more

I dropped the service because they don't support native wifi calling, which is absolutely necessary for me working from home in a spotty coverage area. My conference calls were cutting out all the time, which is not good when I was conducting the calls. I didn't even realize this when I bought the service, since I thought that it was 2017 and wifi calling was a given... The one star though? My risk free trial, that I was told I'd only pay around $30 for a restocking fee (apparently per phone), ended up costing me $144 for less than 2 weeks of service. If you're thinking about switching, think long and hard about losing that much money for not even a half a month's worth of service. I don't care if it's a smaller, family owned company, they'll squeeze every last penny from you. The plans aren't even much of a deal compared to the big providers. We were allured by a promo they were having on the LV V30's, but it wasn't worth the loss at all. I would have been tempted to try the service out again in the future, but that's not going to happen now. Verizon is where it's at, and it's only marginally more expensive than U.S. Cellular, even with the hidden fees. What a horrible company U.S. Cellular is. read more

They will literally con you into a product that you think is good but then when you go back home you find the camera doesn't even focus and you have $200 less. They are also still very rude after three years now when there was another review talking about how rude they were. Nothing has changed, and still selling literal crap phones unless you pay one thousand dollars. What happened to the blade 3 that was a decent phone. Cant believe this. read more

They were very nice folks. Unlike the other reviews my social interactions with them were very pleasant. Ryan at the store is a nice guy. And I called Cactus several times and gave her all sorts of account related numbers. Cactus was pleasant too. I also called and spoke to their 800 number and gave them all sorts of account numbers and pins too. My frustration lies in the fact that I kept calling them for 3 business days in a row giving the all sorts of ID, account numbers, pins, my address etc. to try to facilitate the port. And the port, at this moment, is still not complete. Because of this I had to pay for both the old phone bill and the new phone bill simultaneously because of lack of communication I'm guessing. In my opinion, it doesn't seem like a port should take over 3 business days. read more

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Sales associate proceeded to argue with me, not listen, and acted very condescending. I will never return to this location. Siskiyou cellular by South Walmart is not corporate and they treat you how customers should be treated. Go there instead! read more

It is astounding to me that anyone still goes to this store. The lines are insanely long and the help is frazzled but also fairly unknowledgeable. Siskyou cellular in Ashland gives 100 times better service and there are no lines. read more

This store sucks!! I'm here as we speak two reps walked by me and my daughter and didn't even make eye contact. One rep walked by me to the person behind me and asked to put their name on the list then walked past me again. I asked if there was a U.S. Cellular in the mall because I'm going there anyway and he said "no but don't bother going anywhere else it'll be the same no matter where you go." Where do I start? Charging me per text in my smart phone, overcharging, switch billing method, no recourse for sending to the wrong email, with no reimbursement. Much more. I'm done . I went to get a new phone and service on Sunday Dec 2nd i arived with phone and service but phone did not work right after 4 hours aND 6.33.00 $ I left there and was told to wait a little and call*228 did that and now it's wensday and still a toy phone is no good to me I went to find out on the 4th and 3 employees with 29 years between them they told me they have never seen a issue like this and have no answers for me so I told the employee I will go get the phone and get a refund and he told me he would not be able to refund till there issue is resolved and I left wondering how long this might take well iam not sure what to do but I think this is very poor business and a very very dissatisfied person I will never use uscell because I am left in a situation like this from a huge company but when they open I will not want to do a con tract with this co. and if I don't get a refund today because there issue then another very bad review ....to be continued. Can they really do this and the try to gank me for restockink fee and anything I don't think so hopefully they will just taje care of the refuND this is there problem I just gave them cash for a phone so then I had to have phone that works and went to t-mobile and bought a prepaid sim card for my phone that don't work right this a buyer beware do not leave there store unless you are happy and have service or your likly to be left hanging yes iam very upset that they would do this to a new costomer shame on them read more
